Yesterday the December 1st I was casually there in a late time (12.40) and Arno (the Owner) accepted to let me go in the shop by showing me his special hands made products.
He was nice totally open to Explain me every little details of all that he had into the shop.
Well… he spent half hour with me and he let me tested few things and at the end I’ve spent almost 200 euros for the BEST EVER BRESAOLA and a Steak plus local Cheese and few other stuffs like Filets and other super high quality things he made.
Sorry for not having 10 stars here because he was the BEST EVER MAN IN CHIAVENNA to caring about me as a CLIENT.
So I’ll be in 2 or 3 weeks back there and I’ll surely buy more other DELICIOUS things to the Arno Shop.
So THANK YOU SO SO MUCH.

Der Bresaola der diese Metzgerei herstellt ist unschlagbar. Da können wir Schweizer mit unserem Bündnerfleisch weit, weit, weit hinten anstehen.
Der Bresaola ist frisch und nicht trocken. Auch nicht versalzen.
Einfach herrlich.

La tradizione in cucina. Cordialità e professionalità. Vasta scelta di alta qualità. Da consigliare per la tradizionale bresaola e quando si trova il violino.

Il miglio macellaio di Chiavenna. Ottimi prodotti, simpatia e cortesia. Consigliati brisaola, violuno di capra, filetto, hamburger, roast beef. Ottima anche la trippa.
