Montego Bay Airport Transportation

Arrivals was very small and crowded it was a very long queue to get through security and quite tiring and extremely busy and hot
Departures was amazing! Air conditioning,friendly, and quick with the staff checking you in and alot more space when queuing

This was my fourth time here this year, and I am happy with they way its coming along . With the new updates, it's been a speedy process to get in and out and collect my belongings, and I am grateful for that overall.

Great new passport and entry system very quick and easy to use. Not to long for cases either. Final passport check at nothing to declare also speedy. Much improved than the old days of waiting for ages.👌

I prefer this airport, it's always clean, the staff are friendly and I found out a conspiracy, the patties here are different than the ones sold locally, you will never get a patty from a local Tastee that is as delicious as the ones at the airport.

Area was well renovated (some more work to be done) but definitely better than Kingston by far. Fast pace and organized. The bathroom could be cleaner but I get dealing with so much people can take a toll. The security staff was courteous. Overall area was a good look. See here again in a few. Would recommend 100%

Absolutely great system they have now with fast and easy getting through customs because honestly l really didn't enjoy going up to the customs desk and they literally do not smile when they greet you they look mad and give you the feeling that your a criminal that was the only and main reason l hated traveling to Jamaica so thank you for this transition 👍🙏 l love Jamaica ⛱❤🌞🇯🇲 it's my second home away from home 🏡

Nice Airport. Probably my 5 or 6th time using it. All the good shopping seems to be in departure! But then again, who's looking to shop on arrival 🙄 ! Hopefully my photos and videos will give you an idea of what shops are available when leaving the island 🏝 of Jamaica 🇯🇲!

My husband left his napsak at the airport, with EVERYTHING in it, $,jewelry, passport, greencard,phone. A policeman found it and turned it in! KUDDOS! 👍

We requested private transportation back to the airport and the service was impeccable. Errol, our driver, was absolutely amazing! Whereas the trip to the airport from our destination was quite long, the time passes unnoticed due to his banter, whit and personality. Highly recommended.

This was the best airport experience I ever had! They helped you get through customs smoothly! They were very helpful if you didn't know which way to go! I wish other airports operate this smooth!

We had a great experience at mobay. They were especially helpful coming back. On the way there our representative got our bags and escorted us to the facility where we got some drinks and chicken quesadillas. They helped us w our transportation too. On the way back, we went through a faster line through the airport security. Then we went to the facity and they had some tasty finger foods and yummy drinks. We had shots and rum punch. It made our last moments even better. It cost 84 dollars per person, but it was worth it.

The shuttle driver was knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know for our stay, he also was able to guide me to the medicinals within 5mins after we got there. So needed that! Everyone was helpful!

Service was fast. Great check in and departure.

My first time visiting Jamaica 2023, the airport restrooms were very nasty. My second trip, 2024 the airport has gotten a lot better and the restrooms are cleaner.

It's a better experience then most so called first world airports ... And with the huge runway extension projects in progress, soon will be best in class!

It was our 1st time traveling without our Jamaica Family providing transportation. Sash was great & assisted with hotel transfers to and from MBJ airport. Our trip was affordable & return driver was Tracey & although it was a lengthy trip with all the resort pickups, he was awesome! Shared his Hotspot & let me make a restroom run in-between stops.

Excellent service throughout my entire stay in Jamaica. Jamaicans are truly friendly and so knowledgeable about their country. Would love to come back 🫶

Great airport, always expanding with new shops, bars and lounges. Taxi and shuttle easy to find and get to you hotel/destination. Ask for Blossom Clarke at Taxi counter, Best deals! Very helpful staff

The gentleman Glenford Reid took my wife and I to our resort. He is a great guy. Very professional and good spirited. I'm going to do business with him each time I visit Jamaica from here on out
