Pretty good experience overall. The tour is in Japanese but they have an English booklet and subtitled videos at each point in the plant to explain what you’re looking at. Staff is friendly, and the tour is very interesting. A lot of unique and interesting information about the origin of the company and the beer itself. To conclude the tour, you get 2 free beers (or non-alcoholic drinks if you drive). Tour is fun, and only takes about an hour. Has an amazing gift shop at the end with every product you can think of with an Orion Beer Logo on it. Highly recommended. Book tickets online. Usually tours fill Quickly so look about one month out for reservations.

The brewery tour was informative and interesting, it was around 30 mins and afterwards you receive 2 free drinks over a 30 min tasting session. Make sure you book ahead of time, the English and Japanese online booking systems were inconsistent—English showed all sold out but the Japanese had spots available! So worth checking both!!

Tour only in Japanese but they provide an English pamphlet to help you follow along with the tour. Two drinks provided at end of tour (non-alcoholic for the driver). Even if their website doesn’t show available reservations, I recommend calling as they will likely have spots open. I don’t recommend walking in for a tour without a reservation!

A great beer tour with a couple of beers to try at the end too and a souvenir shop. The tour caters for different languages with written materials available during the tour. Free parking is available.

Such a happy place, just as advertised. When I get there I was asked if I had a reservation. Silly Paulina didn't make one, but the kind ladies at front desk were kind enough to squeeze me in the last group. Only Japanese though, but they handed me an English booklet, that was the exact transcription of what the guide was saying. We walked through the building and we learnt all sorts of interesting things about the different processes carried there, even the 100% recycling of products produced at the factory. After the tour we were guided to the bar area and we were able to enjoy 2 pints of beer and a complimentary set of nuts. Can I say the tour and the beer tasting were free. I repeat free. I am always amazed by the service provided by Japanese, it's always flawless. Once we were done, we had 2 options, either walk away and go home or stay and check the souvenir shop. Once again, it was amazing, it had all sorts of products at amazing prices. Going to visit Orion Happy Park is a must!

The Orion Happy Park is always a fun experience. They have an anniversary party every year and the decorations are wonderful balloon art sculptures. The tour allows you to see how the beer is made. They have displays of how older homes used to look many years ago. The company is also big on recycling ♻. They had a separate bin for every type of trash. Make a reservation and enjoy the tour.

So how did it taste? AMAZING! It was indeed refreshing and brought us to a tropical setting, just like SG! Orion tastes like a close cousin of Tiger Beer. When drank fresh, there’s an added depth to its aroma and flavour. The in-house Orion snack also complemented the beer.

Free tour that you can book online! Best part you get to get two free beers on the house!! But for those who are driving they can only get one drink either non-alcoholic beer or drink. They will pass you a badge before the tour starts and will ask who is the driver! We were running late for our slots and wanted to change the timing. So we called them and was told that it is not possible to change. The tour was in Japanese but they handed us a file with English subtitles and pictures. The tour is about how the beer is made and manufactured and there will be a short video at the end of the tour. After the video it’s the beer tasting and the tour lasted about 30-40 minutes.

A good place to know how to make beer, you can have a free beer there in the canteen and no worries, they have a 0% alcohol version for drivers! It taste really good especially in hot sunny summer day!

Remember to reserve the free tour online few days in advance, otherwise you may not enjoy the tour, because it is too popular. The tour takes 40mins and free drink tasting for 20mins. The tour is in Japanese, but they provide you some leaflets in English, show you how the beer is made.

If you drive, they give you non-alcoholic drink, include one non-alcohol beer, Orion Clear Free.

After all, you can go to the souvenir shop, i think the Orion beer bug is nice with reasonable price, 700-800yen.

Best Beer Tour ever. Orion also provide free draft beer with tasty snack at the end of the tour. So generous. The staffs in the beer factory are all very nice.

Prebook the beer tour online, you have to be punctual and stick to the slot. No changes allowed though we arrived late and managed to catch the last session after our initial slot. Tour entirely spoken in Japanese but they hand you a file with pics and translations so it’s easy to follow. You get to see huge cylinders and understand more about beer making in bulk. They could make hundreds of cans in a minute!

You get two draft beers and a pack of nuts after the tour for non drivers and for drivers a variety of soft drinks or 0% alcohol beer. I would recommend the ice lemon tea, it’s awesome! Love their beer nuts too so addictive.

Very interesting Orion factory tour of the whole production process. Accompanied by a Japanese speaking guide and written tour script in English or Chinese is provided to foreigners. The tour took around 50 minutes and ended with a free beer in the cafeteria. Advanced booking is recommended, although we managed to join the tour without reservation.

This place was awesome! Free beer and a free tour. Even if you come with a dd, they get a free non alcoholic drink too

We love to visit breweries when we travel! This one did not disappoint, fun photo props at the tasting area.
