Very helpful owner! Confusing entrance

My hostel's washer/dryer malfunctioned, soaking my clothes so I was unable to dry them.

The owner saw me walking around with my laundry bag looking for the entrance of his business (google maps showed it was on the main street, but it is in the back alley) He kindly walked me to the entrance, explained to me how to use the machines (I have a language barrier), and made sure I understood before he left.

The gentleman came out of his office to help the foreigners who couldn’t understand the directions. He was really sweet. Machines operated as they should and I have no complaints. 🩷

Other reviews mention a bad smell but I didn't notice any smell. Wish it had been 24 hours so I could've taken care of this last night. Great little boulangerie & café around the corner (Sous le Ciel). Four stars for limited hours and bc floor is a little dirty.

더럽다는 리뷰가 있었는데 리뉴얼을 했는지 방문 시 더럽다는 인상은 없었고, 1000엔과 500엔은 동전교환기에서 100엔으로 교환 가능합니다. 세탁은 40분 무게에 따라 기계를 달리 선택해야 하고 드럼은 400엔과 700엔 각 1대 두종류가 있고 그냥 일반 세탁기는 6대가 있는데 제가 사용을 안해서 모르겠네요. 드라이어는 8대 있습니다. 8분에 100엔 입니다.

Functional but old place. Little bit difficult to find without google maps but it was empty, no queues.
