Restaurant Canopy

Superb dining experience at Canopy. Didn’t expect a 5-course dinner and the food was absolutely amazing, similar to many fine dining restaurants in the city. The portions were generous and most things like focaccia bread, olive oil ice cream, cherry sorbet were made from scratch. The food and drinks were very creative - we had persimmon kombucha which was one of the best kombuchas we tried. Truly a treat after coming back from a day of skiing and this place is nicely located next to Cortina ski resort.

Couldn't sing higher praise for our meal orchestrated by Mike and the team at Restaurant Canopy. A really chilled atmosphere topped off by some brilliant culinary creations. All the family was catered to and left comfortably full and happy after a hard day's skiing. Make sure you book well in advance to secure your table, we arrived early. It was without a doubt our favourite meal in the area!!
