amazing! ramen in the same establishment as the onsen. I got the regular potato flavor and would probably get the spicy if I were to go back. The ramen was like a pokemon, it just kept evolving. Super easy screen to order from and they call your number when it’s ready. Take cash as they only accept cash. Signs for no tattoos.

Niseko Ramen Kazahana is famed for their ‘Niseko Ramen’ otherwise known as the Potato Ramen. Highly encourage to try the Spicy Miso Ramen, which compliments the potato perfectly on a cold winter night.

Be sure to come early to avoid queues. Parking space is readily available.

For toppings, be sure to add on as the base bowl does not have ANY toppings.

Yum, the potato ramen is so good! (I’m not going to order the spicy one next time as this was a bit too spicy for me but nonetheless tasted superb).

It all makes sense now - this is the Raman shop that was previously in Hirafu by NAC.

The opening hours are lunchtime only.

We came here twice. A line forms after around 6:30ish and can be a half hour or more if you have a bigger party. The owner is a half Japanese, half American woman who is super hospitable. The Niseko ramen (has a potato froth on top) was very good as was the spicy miso ramen and kimchi ramen. The chicken wing gyoza were good too much pretty pricey at 350 yen per wing. The beers come in 500ml bottles which can be shared among 2 if you wish. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go again.

the address is correct (inside Makkuri onsen) but the review photo mainly displayed the old one (which was in Hirafu).

the shop closes every Monday and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

Saw the potato foam ramen recommended on a few blogs so I decided to check it out - was not disappointed. The foam wasn't as thick and heavy as I thought it would be, and although it didn't add too much flavor per se, it added a really nice texture to the noodle. The gyu-toro don and gyoza chicken wings were also delicious! Will definitely be back to try more ramens here.

The place open exactly at 5.30pm sharp. However you can start panning your reservation on a piece of paper at the door starting about 4.50pm. Food is good! Second time here!

Great after a long day. Spicy miso ramen, with a potato creamy soup top. Only a single chef working, and last orders at 7.30pm. It's inside the onsen. Plenty of sides and English menu from an ordering machine at the entrance.

Came here for lunch around 1pm and had around a 10 min wait. The Spicy Niseko Ramen was the perfect amount of spicy. This was my first time having potato foam on ramen and it was actually pretty tasty. The place is small so if you're a large group you might have to wait longer if you want to sit together.

It's amazing! Very different from other ramen shops here in Niseko. We had to go 3 times before we were lucky enough to sit down. We ordered the niseko ramen and the spicy miso one. The Niseko ramen is the special one, so creamy and tasty! Would definitely go back again!

Best Ramen in town by far. Try the spicy potato ramen! Perfect for winter’s weather. You can get here by the east bus and drop off at NAC. It’s just a short walk from NAC.

Potato froth was awesome in the niseko ramen and the stuffed chicken wing was good too. Queue up by signing your name on a piece of paper on the front door. Pretty small place so big parties should expect to wait a bit

Excellent ramen! We visited midday while snowboarding and waited about 20 minutes. They add a twist with a potato topping - Kutchan-Cho is famous for their potatoes. The staff - especially the female owner (?), spoke very good English and was very outgoing and efficient. Reasonably priced. A must visit in this area!

The spicy Niseko ramen was fantastic. We got the marinated pork, fried gyoza and chicken wing gyoza but the ramen was the star of the night.

Great bowl of ramen. The potato foam ramen is unique and delicious, definitely worth checking out!

Must try the potato ramen. The place is small and they do not accept reservations, so add your name to the list and be prepared to wait outside. They also make a deep fried chicken wing gyoza (bone out, filled with gyoza filling) that’s very different and a must try.

No vegetarian options here. They do not substitute so the closest vegetarian items would be sides (egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts), a mini salad which is a cabbage coleslaw, or the tempura don if you give away the prawn/fish cake tempura.
