Hotel Grand Casa

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and one-year-old baby girl, and I must say, their service was truly remarkable. The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring that we felt welcomed and taken care of.

However, when it comes to the room itself, I have a few suggestions for improvement. While the room was clean and adequately furnished, I found it to be a little bit dark, which was not ideal for a family with a young child. In my opinion, family rooms should have a lighter, more inviting atmosphere, especially considering that kids generally prefer brighter spaces.

Additionally, although the room had a double bed, it would have been fantastic if it were larger. As a family, we would have greatly appreciated a more spacious bed for a more comfortable sleep.

Despite these points, I still highly appreciate the hotel’s exceptional service, which truly made our stay memorable. The friendly and supportive staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I believe that with a few adjustments to the room’s ambiance and a larger bed in family rooms, this hotel would be absolutely perfect for families like ours.

Overall, I would like to give this hotel a 5-star rating, primarily due to the outstanding service we received. I hope that my feedback will contribute to their continuous improvement efforts, making future stays even more enjoyable for families.

We were there for a vacation👨‍👩‍👦 and it was a nice stay and we loved it ❤. Rooms are spacious and clean👌. It contains around 6+ rooms including one family room with an attic. Hot water supply and AC were also available. 🥘Food 🍽 was nice and delicious 🤤. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. A great place for value❤.

The hotel is situated in a nice location easily reachable to sacred city Kandy and lots of other places around Kandy city. Secure parking 🅿available inside the hotel itself. Hotel has its own garden which provides vegetables🌽🍅 and fruits🍍🥭 for the guests.The hotel contains 2 banquet halls which can be used for special functions🥳.
