My stay at Amaya Hills hotel was delightful in every aspect. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a luxurious bathtub in the washroom that added a touch of relaxation to my stay. The highlight for me was the impressive 8-foot deep pool, perfect for swimming enthusiasts seeking a refreshing dip. The culinary experience was exceptional; the food was consistently top-notch with a variety of delicious options. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Amaya Hills, enjoying comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and outstanding dining.

Such a lovely 4*hotel in the most amazing setting, high up in the hills overlooking Kandy.
Spacious rooms all with wide ranging views.
Friendly, helpful staff all speak excellent English.

Great varied buffet Western / local dishes.

Free shuttle bus to/from the centre of Kandy

Very friendly staff in restaurant Nadun and imalka and head chef all very friendly and food variety was very good from international to local food menu.

Hotel was very clean and responsive for service is very fast and good.

Absolutely Beautiful Resort! Everything is well maintained and clean. There is quite a lot of nature around with the garden maintained by them.
I had made last minute bookings and they made sure that we could arrive within an hour. Everything was ready. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Great facilities with swimming pool, Billiard room, open lounge area to spend time.

Huge options in their breakfast and lunch buffet. Reasonable price, I'd say. Delicious food.
Staff are very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Amaya Hills KANDY, and it was a fantastic experience. The scenery was breathtaking. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff . Service staff Mr.Shaminda deserves a special mention , he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our wedding function was held at Amaya Hills on 29.04.24 and we were given a superb service.

The foods were delicious and availability of attractive locations for photo shooting were great. Well trained, pleasant and efficient staff is given a more value to the establishment.

We were offered a hassle free and flexible service to make my event successful and all the arrangements were made the same way that we were required.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are ok. Customer service was exceptional. Breathtaking views and the good customer service made our stay pleasant. The buffet had a Western & Sri Lankan dishes.

Beautiful property located at the lap of Mother Nature. Rooms are very well maintained. Hospitality and service by the staff are exceptional. The view from the reception of the resort is breathtaking. Swimming pool is very well maintained with 3 feet pool for kids and 8 feet for adults with a life guard on duty. Restaurant is good with wife varieties of buffet for breakfast and dinner. Exploring the are around the resort with wonderful view is worth. Overall it is worth for the money spent to stay at location with family and kids.

This resort is a slice of paradise. Our entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The room was inviting and the views were spectacular.
The cocktails at the bar and the food at the Rasawasala restaurant were amazing. The standard of hospitality was by far the best we have experienced in a long time. Two of the waitstaff at the restaurant deserve mention. The service and hospitality given by Chamile and Asivi went far beyond my expectations. They are true team players and went out of their way to ensure that we received top class service. They are a credit to their team. We have travelled all over the world, and we rate the Amaya Hills resort as truly excellent. We hope to return.

3 it's shame that in Colombo and coastal hotels we were not offered such a seafood collection as much as Amaya did. Good job in that case.
4 spread a net over car park just front of the main entrance so that no mango and leaves will fall to the vehicles.

I really enjoyed my stay at Amaya Hills. The staff and service were 11/10. They offered a great selection of fresh and tasty food and drinks. The hotel offers spectacular views over the hills of Kandy. The Pool was huge, relaxing and a refreshingly cool temperature. Most of the pools in Sri Lanka are way too warm. I stayed in a suite, which was clean, spacious, king size very comfortable bed and lovely views from the lounge and balcony. Kandy is such a busy & HOT city. I loved retreating to Amaya Hills for a swim, break, rest, and relax. A welcome retreat from the busy city of Kandy. Highly recommend.
