They have almost all the drugs and medical equipments for sale. The customer service is not the best but it’s acceptable since the place is always crowded and the staff has to manage the high demand. Noticed the good systems such as numbers and line up queues that they have implimented to manage the high amount of requests and enquiries.

You can find almost any drug or medical equipment at reasonable price. They have very organised way of processing your prescription.

But most iof the times there's a long que. Soyou might have to wait extended time there. They'll get your prescription and issue a number. Once drugs are ready they'll call the number.

They have several other branches as well.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wait times are a bit longer but understandable given the number of customers they're getting.

Very best and standard pharmacy in Sri Lanka. They have good procedure to obtain medicines.

Went to buy AAA alkaline battery for my father's heart pacemaker. There was a lady in the staff helped me to find the very same battery. And the Customer service is quick and they follow the health regulations ordered by the government due to COVID 19. I only waited there for five minutes and bought the product.

Recently bought drugs in bulk for a family organised donation from union place and the staff was really helpful. I only had to call and get details and place the order. Mr. Manoj was very helpful to provide all the information in detail and quotations. He did a great job to make the process go smoothly from start to end. Even the pick up of the drugs was arranged hassle- free without wasting the time by handing me over the goods at the promised date and time.

They newly modified interior arrangements. Drug preperitoneal things are doing here. Due to covid19 situation customer seating arrangements with distance maintaining.

Union chemists is a well known medical and pharmacy. You can pretty much find things that you wouldn't in a regular pharmacy. One thing I noticed is that the service is comparatively slower and staffs are okay in terms of service.

Visited there to buy a stethoscope and met a nice lady who explained features of each and every stethoscope. She didn't force us to buy the one that they want but helped find the most suitable one for our needs and the budget. This is a well reputedly firm and I can highly recommend to buy all the medical equipment. They also have a small food court inside the pharmacy. You can have a seat until they process you order as well. Not too crowded last time I visited.

I bought the same med as in Europe only here it was 3 times cheaper.

One of the biggest pharmacies in Colombo with a large varieties of drugs and medical equipment. Best place to buy branded medical equipment. Better to visit this place if you need to buy a considerable amount of drugs otherwise you have to spend some time. Friendly and experienced staff. Spacious and nicely arranged.

Most medicines you can get it from here. There will be a queue. Need to get a token and wait around posimatly you need to wait for 15 to 30 minutes.

Nostalgic place. First time I've visited their place of business seeking a medicine that wasn't available with any other pharmacy due to shortage of supplies (thanks Rajapaksas).

Union Chemists has a friendly and helpful staff base, I visited the Kalubowila branch first and was immediately directed to Union place after the pharmacist called and confirmed availability of the medication. Snooping around the store, the vast availability of medical supplies and modern heath care aids are plentiful. Would always recommend your business to everyone I know.
