Cinnamon Grand Colombo

It's a lovely hotel in a very central location in Colombo. Beautiful hotel, well appointed with excellent facilities. Multiple dining options, a very well equipped gym, all we needed for our stay here!

Staff were all incredibly friendly, warm, and hospitable. We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived till we checked out.

The room itself was comfortable, maybe slightly worn, however, and maybe could do with a touch-up. Still fantastic though!

Delicious coffee with a perfect balance of rich flavor and smoothness! The aroma hits you the moment you step into the hotel, and every cup feels like a little indulgence. Highly recommend grabbing a cup during your stay! ☕✨

I had a wonderful time at Cinnamon Grand Lagoon with my family. The food was exceptional, and the service provided by Ranjith was impeccable. He was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. We all appreciated the warm atmosphere and the delicious meal. It was truly a memorable visit.

Today had dinner at the Noodles restaurant and as usual was greeted by all staff warmly & with smiling faces. The service extended by Dilrukshi was top notch noticing and picking up our body language and promptly coming forward to attend to us. This is the reason we keep coming to Noodles.

The service at cheers pub is extremely good. Especially the staff with their friendly nature and considerate words. Special mention to Matilda who manages the kids play area for her excellent service. Keep up the good work and would recommend to anyone!!!

Truly a five star hotel! The service is amazing - every staff member is unfailingly polite and focused on your comfort. (I wish I could give 10 stars for service!) All the facilities are beautiful, well-organized, and sparkling clean. The restaurants feature all kinds of food to please every palate. (Don't miss Lagoon tho!) And the people-watching is fantastic: During our ten-day stay, the CG hosted at least six weddings. One day even saw the President of Sri Lanka giving a press conference! Cannot recommend highly enough - for business or pleasure.

The hotel is fabulous but the hotel staff are what makes this hotel. They could not be more be helpful, smiley and just all round lovely!! The hotel concierge have been amazing with so many questions and me forgetting things…Samantha is just so helpful! Coming back again soon!

Lagoon seafood restaurant is the place to be if you love your seafood. Dilini's customer service was exceptional. She recommended preparations to us which complemented the dishes very well. I highly recommend this restaurant. We celebrated our anniversary by coming to The Lagoon. They organised a lovely cake and some chocolates which was going above and beyond. Thank you.

Had an amazing stay at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. The hotel is beautiful and the service was top-notch. A special thanks to Gayan in Breeze bar for his exceptional service he really went out of his way to make my stay perfect!

We received excellent service from the Coffee Shop at Cinnamon Grand. The staff was very kind and assisted us throughout the process of ordering a cake and a high tea set for a very special birthday. I want to give a special mention

Second time Joined with Cinnamon Grand Swiss Promotion at the London Grill. My favorite cheese fondue, so lovely foods. Live kitchen and chefs preparing genuinely foods. Excellent service giving by Pradeep. Start to finish got fine dining service. Recommended this place

Mr sanjeewa is always a attentive and friendly He’s very accommodating. The drinks and the food are always great and we always enjoy it.

In the midst of my hectic schedule, I frequently visit Cinnamon Grand Hotel for a refreshing morning coffee. I particularly enjoy their iced coffee and chili prawn pie, and I must commend the excellent service they consistently provide. It is evident that they make a concerted effort to uphold their high standards, which is truly commendable

My mom and I went to Cinnamon Lagoon Restaurant for lunch, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. We were served by Dilini and Tharindu, who were both incredibly nice and very professional. Their attentive service made our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at plates. The buffet spread was delicious and the variety was impressive. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to have a great dinner buffer in Colombo !

We went to Cinnamon Grand for a Sri Lankan traditional meal. We were not disappointed at all at the Nuga Gama buffet !
You name it, it was there!
Hoppers, string hoppers, rice and curry. All types of meals were available on the buffet. I was thrilled to see them offering fish roe, which is one of my favourites!
A group of classic band were giving some light music to entertain the guests.
