Fox Kandy by Fox Resorts

We stayed in a small room (number 28), not sure how big the other rooms were. Everything is very clean and tidy, and they even left a little surprise for us after cleaning the bedroom (see picture 😊.

The food was excellent all round. We sampled as much as we could while there as there was a large variety of different dishes that changed on a daily basis.

The hotel is set in a picturesque location high above Kandy City. It was nice and cool when we visited and had a strong breeze most of the time.

All in all, we were very pleased in the time we spent there and would recommend it to anyone.

My stay in the hotel was really nice. The view is splendid. It is in the hill top, so clean air, cold wind, and greenery, which are perfect for a relaxing vacation. I am impressed by the service, and I should especially mention the good hospitality of the staff. The food is good. Rooms are clean and spacious. There are some open areas where you can enjoy the environment. If the night sky is clear, don't forget to enjoy the starry sky which can be enjoyed to the fullest if you happen to visit the place!

We stayed at Fox Kandy for two nights in early January. The room was amazing, really big with a great bathroom. The shower was to die for! We stayed in six hotels on our trip to Sri Lanka and this was the best room out of all of them.

The swimming pool area is nice, it's quite windy up on to of the hill but they've protected it with quite a few plants but without blocking out the sun (not that we stayed by the pool much).

The dinning room was big, airy with huge windows and great views. The staff were happy and helpful and the breakfast was good (second best on our trip).

I've given it a 5 star location, because the views are really amazing, and being on the hill means that you get out of the heat a little bit, but the only downside of the hotel is the drive up to it. That said if we come to Kandy again this is the hotel we'd choose to stay at.

The staff was super-friendly, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay. They also helped us to arrange our transportation and daily activities. Anu, the driver arranged by the hotel was very-friendly, professional and kind, we also recommend the driver to everyone. Thank you very much!

The food was delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. The breathtaking scenery, with mountains surrounding the resort, added to the charm. The staff was very helpful and polite. The Chef Kitchen in Fox resorts is a perfect place to enjoy a meal with a view!

My partner and I loved the views from our room at this resort. We were greeted by very friendly staff, who genuinely seemed to care whether we enjoyed our stay. They even helped out with booking a car to our next hotel. Will definitely be back here on our next visit to Kandy.

Beautiful resort with a great view. Food was ok. Pool was great.Difficult access to the restaurant, as to climb stairs to reach not elder friendly.

Amazing 2 day experience in Fox Kandy. Views, pool and food outstanding. Each member of staff are lovely. We particularly want to thank Gobi the 6ft 3 luggage master and Anuradha in the restaurant.

Staff were extremely accommodating, they allowed us to check in early around 12 noon. Rooms were clean & very comfortable. Food are so yummy. the staff was amazing. Only thing is
It was bit difficult to get Pick me / Uber to the location.

Very good hotel. The staff is really friendly. The hotel is above all other buildings so you get a very good view in the morning.

Amazing place and location. Mesmerizing surrounding. The rooms were classy. The food was decent enough, but spread can improve. The service was average and can improve. I guess one cannot have it all, especially when the location is so nice. The spaces created between the chalets for sitting down is nicely located to capture the serenity of the surrounding. Nice place to unwind and relax.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our kids. The hotel is situated on a hill, with beautiful views. The rooms are nice & spacious. The pool is located at the most beautiful point. The food is really good and enough to choose from. The deserts are small little paintings. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Cozy place to enjoy a day or 2 in Kandy. Peaceful and rich of jungle vibes. Restaurant also quality and reasonably priced.

Quite far from Kandy City, the ride to the hotel itself is an adventure for the 1st time.

I had a fantastic experience here. The location was fantastic, the food incredible and the rooms delightful. The view over Kandy was a highlight.

Our flight was delayed and the staff were very accomadating in helping us. They were also immensely useful in organizing transport.
