Highly recommended this store for those who actually want to buy things and have a real experience of the cotton/handloom.
(This is not the place for someone who is window shopping and people who are roaming everywhere for time passing)
The qualities of the products were best and beyond the expectation. An execllent customer handling. ( The staffs were always willing to help but they do not pressure customer to buy annoyingly)

Highly uncertain place. Everything was fine till the items were bought. We bought four sarees for a function. But one saree (a saree worth around 14000 LKR) loosened its stitching during the function. Complained the owner about the quality and on how it has lost it's composure after one wear. No positive feedback whatsoever just told us how to stitch it. Another saree is now with the same problem. Untrustworthy.

Goregeous sarees but it's a shame that the staff doesn't know how to communicate! It's as if they don't get paid enough to care...This was our second time here and probably the last. Staff really need to change their attitude towards customers!

Very poor online service.
Once ordered and confirmed with online transfer of Rs 10115/- ,in 3 days time they said that the I one ordered is not available with them. So asking for a second one with no choice at all. I asked to refund my money back. This is disappointing
