A good collection of books and stationary at a reasonable price. Very helpful staff and it’s I think the only bookshop that’s open after 6:30pm. That’s a big thing in Kandy because everything closes by around 6 or 6:30. Overall I’ll definitely visit them to shop for books for my kids.

Many collections of books of all types. The staff is very supportive and they have a very good knowledge regarding almost all the books. Can buy other stationary as well. Very calm place where we can leisurely select the books. Quite the same price for the relevant book as in any other place, however the quality and presentation is better. Very well recommended.

I wanted to return few books that I purchased few weeks ago. Contacted the store and explained the story then he promised a callback, which I thought never gonna happen, but few minutes later I get a call from the store manager and asked me bring them to him. I visited the place and it was same kind welcome from the Manager, (Mr. Sameera) even agreed to return my money but instead I chose to purchase other items I wanted. I must say I have never seen such great understanding and cooperation at any places. Thank you, Samudra Book Shop Kandy
