Today I bought this amazing souvenirs in Royal handicraft!!! Really good quality - price. Asad was very nice with us and help us to find the perfect gift for our families. Totally Recommended!!!!

I recently visited Royal Handicraft in Sri Lanka, and it was an amazing experience! The shop has beautiful, unique handmade items, ranging from intricate wooden carvings, postcards, homemade paintings and traditional masks. Each piece showcases the exceptional skill and artistry of local craftsmen.

Assad, the owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing detailed information about the origins and cultural significance of the products. He was also very patient, allowing me to take my time browsing and helping me select the perfect souvenirs to take home.

Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Sri Lanka and looking to support local artisans. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

Very nice shop in the Kandy local market where you can buy things at a LOCAL price. The owner Asad is incredibly welcoming and very thoughtful. He gave us local tips on the Sri Lanka way of life and what to avoid as tourists. Thank you for your generosity and your kindness!

We had a very nice experience in this shop today. The owner is a very nice and charismatic person. He offers a lot of handmade products at fair prices. While of course he promotes all his goods he is not applying pressure on his customers. A clear recommendation if you want to look for some souvenirs.

The shop is small but full of quality handicrafts. Located at 2nd floor of the market. the owner is not pushy like other shops. I bought a post card with a wooden elephant work on it. I recommend anyone to go there

Very nice store with alot of different beautiful handmade arts and crafts, from traditional to very original and unique. The owner speaks very good english and has alot of knowledge about the items he sells. He is super friendly and very good at suggesting gifts and interesting stuff. Very centrally located too.
