Aria Hills, Kandy

We are from Thailand. We are staying in during New year 2020 for a vacation (27-30 Dec 2019). The hotel is super nice views. The breakfast is very good. The cooker is very good service and nice also. The manager is very friendly and welcoming and very good service. For a second day in Kandy, we want to go out early. Then, he lets a Cooker prepare breakfast for us. That's super kind. Moreover, For traveling, he gave us a good advice. The last day in the hotel, he sent us to train station on time that we can get a seats.

We had booked 3 rooms here last week - the place gives you that homely kind of feel , the staff will go out of their way to make sure we are having a great time. Definitely a must-do venue from our side. Its a small boutique hotel but the view from the reception cum dining area is amazing. Great place , Great views and Great hospitality !!!!

Stayed 3 days in the mintaas Hotel. Owner is very friendly and have a lot of good advises. Breakfast is very good, with fresh fruits, fruit juice and coffee. The view is just amazing from the restaurant, and the place very quiet. I highly recommend this place.

An excellent little property. Only 6 rooms but well made.if you have a family opt for the family room with the open air bathroom. differentiation is the service provided by Lakshman, Sam and Prakash. They went out of their way to meet our needs, especially since we had 3 kids. The food was excellent, especially their srilankan curries, great views and hospitality. Superb property.

It's a really nice place. Well maintained with an amazing view but the highlight of the place is Sherlock. He provides an amazing service and always helpful. He is the main reasons we are coming back.

I couldn't believe the value of this place, its absolute luxury, and such friendly hosts. I initially booked for one night, but after settling into my room I quickly extended that stay. Would recommend anytime

Liked · The staff is very hospitable and friendly. We had an option to choose the room, apparently because at that time there were a lot of free ones. Breakfast (European or Sri Lankan version) is served on the terrace with a marvelous view.
We were offered a one day tour around the city for 4 500 LKR. To compare tuk tuk driver that gave us a lift from Peradenia railway station wanted 7 500 LKR for the same.
Rooms are clean with enough of supplies, TV, AC. Bathroom is spacious.
Mintaas has its own tuk tuk with a driver for the reasonable price. So whenever you need to go somewhere transfer can be arranged immediately.
Hotel is in the close proximity to sightseeing places and Udawattakelle forest sanctuary.
We really enjoyed staying in Mintaas Hotel as we were provided by excellent service at all times.

Nice clean room. About out of the way but it comes with a great view and a private open air shower.
