Highly recommended!
This place has calm environment to be relaxing. Room was very comfortable amd pretty good and the foods was delicious.

Unfortunately, we left our watch in our room..After two days we remembered it and after we called the hotel and explained the details, thank god,they found it and gave it back to us.. We thought we would never get it back. In that regard, I would like to thank the staff of the hotel.They are very friendly and specifically Mr, Chanaka is a very supportive and friendly person for the customers!

A wonderful stay at the heart of Kandy. We booked the room with basic requirements of spending the night. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the rooms were. Clean, tidy and with a mountain facing view. Staff is responsive. Hotel was easy to find. Smooth check in and out.

Best place to stay in kandy for room only basis..we had single night satay in a double room.It is situated walking distance from railway station and kandy main bus stop. Room was spaceous, clean and safe. Service and hospitality outweigh the expected level of a city budget hotel. highly recommended..

This is the one of the best place to stay for a family in the city. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious place. We stayed 2 nights. They are very helpful, friendly and hospitality specially Tharindu. Their restaurant provides very tasty foods. At the top of the restaurant we can enjoy the beautiful surrounding. It is just 1km away from the Temple Of The Tooth relic. We had a nice time there and wish to visit once again.

Great hotel, they upgraded us to a larger room before we arrived as it was available, great food and restaurant, friendly staff, room itself less new than the pictures appear but still good. Had everything we needed for our stay in kandy. We also did two tours with Nadith from the sheets in reception and it was great! Very informative and felt safe with reasonable price. Would recommend !

Well worth the price. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean, had a great balcony view as well. The linen could be better, but I have no complaints because of the relatively low price I had to pay. Small, but quite a handy place with everything you need for a couple days' stay. Many thanks to the establishment for charging a fair local price despite of the increasing dollar rate. They didn't have to do that, so I appreciate it.

I loved my stay here! The room was super comfortable and clean, the bathroom was beautifully renovated. The view from our room and the rooftop restuarant and deck are spectacular! The food is also very good! It's a nice place if you feel like lounging in and at your hotel. The staff are also SO friendly and made me feel so welcome. I would definitely come back!

Checked in for a night when I wasn’t feeling well and it was the best decision. Great staff - Kasun was very accommodating and helpful. Lovely modern rooms and an amazing hot shower with air con. Breakfast good value for money also 😊

Really comfortable hotel for very cheap price. Bathroom comes with a large bath tub. Hot water perfect. The A/C made a small noice but work well. Will definitely stay in here next time!

It was a good place, the rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was friendly too. We stayed 2 nights there. You also can have food as there’s a restaurant at the roof top. Had a good time!

Located in the middle of Kandy city, this Kandy city say hotel is very beautiful. And they help to make all our work very easy. Therefore, this hotel is recommended to everyone.

In my personal experience, i can highly recommend this place to anyone who need to stay in kandy. It's only 5-10 Min walk for the center of kandy. Including the bus station and railway station. When finding the entrance you have to look carefully for the sign boards because i rotated 2 time around the hotel 😂. It's situated next to the new pronto office you can easily find. I have booked the King room through booking.com for a one night and it costs me only 19$ with breakfast include. The view for that room was very satisfied (mountain view). They got multiple rooms that have very beautiful view. Room is very spacious and clean. Enough towels and shower gels with a clean bathroom. Also they got a roof top that you have to visit it definitely if you staying there. I missed the opportunity to take some photos cause i had to leave earlier. They have a restaurant area with many foods and beverages including shisha. The prices are very reasonable for a time like this. But when using the restaurant, you have to pay the bill separately to the restaurant because the final bill only include the room price. i recommend to call the reception and book the room because you will get a discount from it than booking by booking.com. Overall my experience is very good with the kandy city stay. You can hangout with your loved once and enjoy from here. Also their staff was very kind and helpful. Always tried to do their best. Thank you guys for making my stay a great one. 5/5 ✌

Located close to Kandy, the kandy city say hotel is very nice. We have a friendly staff since we arrived. Even the rooms here are clean and tidy. Recommended for everyone.

Private pods fairly comfortable with own lights and plugs and large under bed lockers and own little trash can. Some beds have fan and room has ac. Shoe lockers with flip flops to use during your stay. No windows. Wifi in room is ok. Bathroom could use some up keep but it is in fairly good condition and pretty clean. Rooftop terrace is great. Food in restaurant is very good. Breakfast is very good. 10 ish minute walk from train station.

This hotel was selected on the recommendation of a friend of mine when I came to Kandy for my business. It's great to have a very friendly staff here. Clean and tidy rooms, lovely surroundings. I recommend this to everyone
