My experience at this hotel was excellent, and I'm happy to share my honest feedback. The location, just 75 km from Colombo, is stunning, surrounded by misty mountains and serene bird chirping.

The staff, especially Mr. Wiraj, were incredibly supportive and hospitable. The meals were delicious, particularly the rice and curry dishes.

However, some improvements could be made, such as daily pool cleaning to avoid floating mango leaves and adding mini-fridges to the rooms.

Despite these minor issues, I wholeheartedly give this hotel 5 stars for its outstanding hospitality and overall experience.

Situated in a picturesque location, overlooking the mountain ranges and offers breathtaking views. The hotel is situated inside a tea & cinnamon plantation. They do have a private waterfall hidden amidst the woods.
The staff were friendly and professional, and the food served was commendable too.

Only stupid people say that this is bad. To be honest, this is the best hotel I have ever gone to in 11 years. They have got really good service such as the welcomer, Dilshan. The pool has regular cleaning and is very refreshing. They have hammocks and the view and the locations that they have to offer are spectacular. The meals are so good, I thought I ought to stay there. Incredible interaction with guest and top room service adds up to the best holiday resort.

First and foremost, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The spacious rooms provided ample space to relax and unwind, making it feel like a home away from home.

What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by Dana, the caretaker. Dana went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. He was not only attentive to our needs but also displayed genuine kindness and hospitality, making us feel truly welcomed. Furthermore, he even arranged a late checkout for us due to our delayed arrival, which was greatly appreciated.

In summary, I can't recommend this hotel enough. The comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and the exceptional care provided by Dana truly made our stay memorable. I look forward to returning to this.

If you are around Colombo you can visit this hotel within 2.5 hours.
The view is breathtaking and very calm. You can enjoy the view best when it is rainy because the entire hotels gets covered with mist.

A perfect place to relax. The swimming pool faces beautiful mountain ranges. Food is very good. The working staff are also friendly and provide good service. A natural waterfall, many viewpoints, plantation fields and a cinnamon processing factory can also be seen in the estate.

Nice atmosphere with vintage ambiance. Food and service are good. Entry roads are bit broken here and there, but you can go by a car. Inside the premises, there's a nice viewpoint and a small waterfall. For both, you can either walk or drive. Overall; Expensive, but well worth the money.

A great place for a getaway. Can accommodate about 20-25 people. The location is very beautiful and has a scenic view of tea plantations and mountains around. The rooms are exceptionally maintained. Meals are delicious and the staff was friendly and supportive.

Seems the hotel and premises has been taken maximum opportunity of beautiful surrounding. Within premises you can access to mind-blowing viewpoint, fruit garden, and small but private and hidden beautiful waterfall. And also Olu ella is nearby. Food is really nice and had friendly and helpful service.
