L'heure Bleue

This was a truly wonderful experience for us. Amazing food, wonderful staff, and an exceptional location. Sadly, some one star reviews are from guests expecting a 1st class hotel experience. Nosy Be is a spectacular place where you should embrace the local culture.

I stayed at l’heure bleue for 5 days with 4 friends of mine.

During our stay we had an amazing time. The location is superb and the rooms were very nice. But more than the facilities and location of this hotel, the staff is the biggest asset of this place. We truly enjoyed the excellent service of the super friendly personnel. I especially want to thank the waiters in the restaurant. Albertino, Aubin, Adameva, Clarice, Ismail and all the others took very good care of us and made our stay as pleasant as it was.

I definitely recommend this place if you are planning to go to Nosy Be!

Very nice hotel, especially seafront suites are very nice and modern, Wifi is a bit slow - but hey ;-) staff is very friendly and helpful! Had a good time at the bar, was especially fun with Ismael and Albertino who are very friendly and always good for a laugh - thank you guys!

We stayed 3 weeks!! No kidding... I adored everything in that place, starting from the staff! They were so nice to us, treating us so great, felt spoiled at time... most of the time... the food was amazing, very tasty and delicious and last but not least, the view, OMG... breathtaking!! I could stay in the pool all day long, the breeze in the decks and just the ocean in front of us ... lovely souvenirs.

Good places for uplevel hotel in Nosy be. The drinks and the food was great ...thanks to the friendly waiters.
I will come back...for sure.!

Absolutely stunning surroundings, lovely service, great food, will be back!

Was traveling by myself from America and the staff took it upon themselves to check in with me to make sure I was feeling safe and comfortable. They never once made me feel like I was a bother to them and helped to make sure the locals didn't bother us while we hung out on the water's edge. Was an amazing place to start my 3 month stay in Madagascar.

Wonderful stay, the team is friendly and professional. The restaurant was delicious and the hotel itself is charming.

Personnel parfait , direction parfaite , cuisinier et son équipe parfaits, service au top, on fera tout pour vous trouver une solution en cas de besoin.
Il y a également la possibilité d'organiser des sorties depuis l'hôtel avec des prestataires sélectionnés et testés par la direction. Les 2 piscines sont très appréciables. L'hôtel est située dans la verdure et au calme, l'équipe de jardiniers fait un super travail.

Un endroit magnifique entouré de nature et pourtant proche du quartier vivant de Nosy Be (je pense notamment à Ambatoloaka).
Un accueil toujours souriant à la malgache et une nourriture délicieuse et copieuse. Vous ne regretterez pas d’y séjourner!

Cottage de luxe vue mer au top, chambre très agréable avec vue sur la baie (manque la clim).

Amazing place to stay on Nosy Be, situated right at the beach (bit noisy in the weekends). Staff is very friendly, the food is of great quality and the rooms are beautiful. Spacious as well and with a good bathroom and small terrace. Sea view is not always guaranteed as low tide goes out pretty far but that's part of the sea view in my opinion. Definitely coming back when I visit Nosy Be again!

Un petit paradis dans un jardin tropicale,1 piscine à débordement vue sur mer au top.
Le personnel est au petit soin ,très professionnelle, toujours le sourire.
La restauration est délicieuse, tres abordable fait maison et varier...
Tout est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez bien.
Il flotte un sentiment de zennitude dans ce formidable jardin ...
Les bagalows sont très propres, intimes, confortables...
Je vous recommande les yeux fermés.....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’heure bleue. Le lodge de luxe avec sa terrasse au dessus de l’eau vaut vraiment le coup. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, le personnel très agréable, et la qualité de la cuisine est au rendez vous.
Proximité de la plage et de d’autres bars/restaurants.
