Hotel Santa Paula - Taxco

We stayed here for two nights and highly recommend it. We stayed in the king room that has its own balcony and it was lovely. We even got to eat breakfast out there. The bed was comfortable and the room was well-equipped with a coffee maker (weak coffee warning), a refrigerator, A/C and a desk. Léo and Fernando at the door we’re very nice and had good recommendations, and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. The restaurant is a separate business but the food was good. Breakfast is not included. Lots of beautiful views from various spots at the hotel. The pool was very clean but the water was very warm - maybe a plus for some. The hotel is just up the hill from the bus station about five minutes, and a five minute uphill walk will take you to the Zocalo. We would definitely return!

Our room at Hotel Santa Paula was small but well-appointed. It had an inviting décor, with simple furnishings and functional amenities. The beds are firm, the pillows soft, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The rooms have a writing table, a ceiling fan, a bureau for clothing, and a TV with cable. While we found our room adequete--in terms of size-- it was comfortable and functional. The hotel also houses the restaurant De totopo y Salsa, which serves delicious breakfast items that are sure to start your day off right.

The hotel is located in a great location, just a short walk from many of Taxco's main attractions, such as the Plaza Borda, Parroquia de Santa Prisca , and the Mercado de Artesanias. The bus station is also within easy walking distance, for those using public transportation.

Gustavo and the receptionist at the front desk were particularly helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

It's a beautiful hotel with great views. The rooms are plain and clean. The staff is attentive, helpful, polite and professional. The restaurant closes around 2 p.m., but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The wi-fi in the restaurant was better than in our room!

I went with my girlfriend and we both love this hotel. The location was great 5min walking to the cathedral and price vs quality was very good too.The room was very cozy with good Internet and the water from the swimming pool was warm. The staff was very friendly as well. We totally recommend to stay in this hotel.

I was gladly surprised when I arrived to this hotel, it is really good, the staff attended as we were family, helpful and kind, the rooms was really better than I thought, clean and seems recently renovated, location y just a couple of. Locks away from the Zócalo and they got my car to a near parking lot without charge (you don't need a car here, you can use local taxis for a really low price) apart from the hotel people here is kind and you'll receive help from anyone, looking forward to come back

Highly recommend this place, awesome staff and great accommodations, rooms are a little small but other than this place is excellent. Steps aways from the main plaza. I booked in correctly our days and arrived a day after our reservation, the staff informed me that they might not have another room available but that they would keep me informed, luckily another reservation canceled and we just had to move to another room.

Bonito hotel pequeño pero con mucho encanto. La habitación con terreza increíble, fui entre semana y se disfruta más su pequeña alberca.
El personal muy amable y siempre atento a lo que necesitas inclusive si requiere algo fuera dle hotel. Y la comida de restaurante muy rico

Un increíble lugar, sus chilaquiles son deliciosos, te concienten de acuerdo a tu preferencia de salsas en grado de picante, el plato está muy bien servido y la atención de su personal es excelente.
La vista panorámica está de 10 de verdad que quedé encantada. Solo fui a desayunar porque no lo conocía y nos hospedamos en otro lugar.

El hotel Santa Paula está precioso, cuidaron todos los detalles, alberca climatizada, impecable, cerca del centro, tienen estacionamiento a unas cuadras, sus chilaquiles deliciosos, de verdad vale muchísimo la pena hospedarse ahí, su personal es muy amable y cálido, muy especialmente la GRAN atención que nos brindó Rosa Isela. Vengan a conocer este lindísimo hotel en Taxco de Alarcón, Guerrero, les va a encantar!!

Este lugar es hermoso y pintoresco! La comida de mis favoritas y sus inigualables chilaquiles con su variedad de salsa, mis favoritas (morita, cacahuate y guajillo)

Muy bien ubicado, y muy bonito. Tuvimos una estancia agradable. Las instalaciones son bonitas, limpias, cómodas. La atención del personal excelente. Los chilaquiles del restaurant muy buenos también. Sin duda recomiendo el lugar.
*El único detalle es que no cuentan con aire acondicionado, solo ventilador. Para mí no es gran problema, pero si para alguien lo es, es algo que deben considerar.

El hotel tiene un pequeño mirador en donde se puede apreciar una buena vista de la ciudad, cuenta con una alberca que mide 120 CM de altura y está pequeña pero está bien para refrescarse después de una caminata en Taxco, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena porque se puede llegar al centro en menos de 5 minutos caminado, está a una calle del mercado Tetitlán y a menos de 5 calles hay 2 museos, está muy bonito el hotel, muy limpio y es excelente la atención del personal
