Hotel De La Misión, Taxco

Great hotel! Stunning view overlooking the city and the pool was amazing - huge and with an incredible mosaic on the wall. Staff let us stay at the pool after check out and were super friendly. Room was cleaned even though we were staying two nights. Would recommend to bring eyemask as curtains arent that thick would be my only advice!

I got the junior suite and I recommend that you do too. The views are just great. There is a mine below the hotel and I recommend that tour. Sure the water pressure is not the best, but I attribute that to the location. The staff was great and I felt safe the whole time.

Just stunning! The hotel is beautiful. Room was clean, great service at the front desk and the bar. Tall bartender and the short lady at the bar and pool area were awesome ( took care of us). The city view from our balcony was breathe taking. Fell in love with Taxco, will be going back.

Great breakfast buffet - all you can eat for 150 pesos (less than $10 American). Nice ambience and view, especially from the outdoor patio which sits next to the cathedral. The coffee was great and there were plenty of great options for food; you could eat there twice and have two distinct and delicious breakfasts.

Good hotel in a very rustic town. Pool was good. Free breakfast in the mornings. Rooms don't have ac so if you come in the summer...might be tough. Don't expect a 5 star hotel from the US. But for the area. It's good. Glad I stayed here for a wedding.

I loved it, there's a beautiful mural made of color stones by O'Gorman.
