Awesome to go order, 2nd order was great. 2 giant pizzas, 10 wings, 16 pumpkin cinnamon rolls for $45. Difficult order and it was made perfect. Thank you to management and Noely.

Great customer service! Everyone is so friendly and attentive!! Javier was very welcoming and patient while we asked him about the promotions available! The food was delicious and the kids had so much fun!

Pizza is always hot. Salad is nice and crisp. Special Orders are quickly prepared. Employees attending the seating area (Mr. Ruben Cabrera) is wonderful, caring, and always eager to attend to you and have you eating at a clean table. He is respectful when approaching customers and is hard working. Manager Maria always makes herself available to customers and is very charismatic. She works with her employees to better teach them to improve thier strengths. She is a true leader.

My daughter lost her car keys and we were so worried. Thelma, the manager was nice enough to check the cameras and helped us look for them. Finally figured out they went in the trash, Derek remembered and checked the trash and found them instantly. THANK YOU!

Laredo on San Bernardo is the Best Cicis that Laredo has had. This locstion has amazing and dedicated Managers Maribel and tem members who show they Truly value their customers and always make sure we have an amazing experience every single visit. I feel lile family when i am at this location. Come by for the best pizza and the greatest customer swrvice that Laredo has to offer. 10 Stars.

We visited on a busy Saturday evening. There was plenty of pizza variety and I loved the salad bar. Desserts are unique since some are made using pizza dough. The staff is quite friendly and will prepare a specialty pizza if you can't find anything you like. If you're having lunch on the weekend, I suggest going either early, before 2pm or way past lunch so its not overcrowded.

YOU CAN EVEN EAT AT THIS CiCi’s “IF” YOURE WATCHING YOUR NUTRITION. They have something for everyone. When we go there we tell the manager we’d like one particular pizza, then while we wait for it to finish, my wife and I scarf down salad. The manager is ALWAYS accommodating and friendly. We won’t eat at any other CiCi’s, but this one is something very special

As the only cicis in laredo texas, the customer service is great and done quick!! The games are fun, it's never too rowdy but not silent either. It is the perfect place to get the Mac and cheese pizza ❤

It's actually one of the best places. I have work at in my time here in Laredo(currently with) HEB. I must add even my experience as guest been extremely pleasant. The staff here is always helpful, responsive, friendly and open minded.

This place has the potential to be more. I see this location getting expanded in the next few years

1st Review: Friendly service and great pizza. My favorite item here is their cinnamon sticks dessert. I love those and are the main reason I eat here. 😋 It's always full when I've come here, but have never had to wait for a table.
2nd review: The cinnamon sticks are now cinnamon rolls. The only thing I had to wait for was ice and brownies, and even then, not very long at all. The only menu item not included in the buffet are the wings. Btw, the wings are really good.

I love this place, I have a lot of years visiting cici's and never disappoint me, the food is good, the price of buffet it's still good and definitely i recommend this place. I recommend eating the pasta with tomato sauce and just a little of Alfredo sauce, it taste awesome.

The service is excellent. They make me a specialty pizza fast and it was delicious. Everyone there are always cheerful and make you feel welcome. Maribel is always helpful and very friendly. Everyone greets you when you enter and they thank you when you leave.

Wonderful hospitality displayed by Sabrina. Definitely seems like manager material with her smooth service to customers. Clean restaurant, great atmosphere. Food cooked well.
