Macy's

Macys is my go-to store for perfumes, name brand perfumes. They are expensive but perfumes last for several months so they’re still good buys. Many times there is a sale on perfume sets, in store or online. Recently I have purchased online nice-smelling perfumes (small bottles) for as low as $10 for give-aways. I also buy my shoes and Guess purse here, especially when they are on sale.

There is an ongoing sale on fashion jewelries, shoes, a few purses and branded sunglasses In recent years, the children toys section carry brands such as Lego and Barbie. It has also a new clothing line called On 34th. Their Backstage on the 2nd floor is a shop for discounted items.

That review above was written some months ago. I have to add this review because of tonight’s fun joyful experience with Claudia, the store associate at the jewelry section. I went to Macy’s looking for a gift for a co-worker whose favorite store is Macy’s. Claudia asked me if I needed help… and all-out help she gave me. From giving me a heads-up on one brand’s jewelry tarnishing to holding my items as I looked around to helping me choose the gift to teaching me “No pase nada”. She was such a joy to interact with I could not help laughing despite the fact that I had a missing tooth cover. It is to her honor that I am making this edited review. Despite the tiredness she must have felt for being on her feet all day long, she still managed to exude a spirit full of joy and to serve with graciousness. Claudia, thanks a zillion for the happy moment shared with you!

Norma in the men's department is so attentive. She made our shopping experience a pleasant one, to say the least.

Outstanding customer service in the makeup and fragrance department! The manager, Dee personally helped me find my perfect shade of foundation and not only gave me a few tips, but also helped me save on my purchase! I'll definitely be going back with her for all my future questions, doubts and purchases. Five star rating, well deserved!

Restrooms clean. Staff helpful & patient. Is this the best air conditioning in town? Fitting rooms are roomy plenty of mirrors & good lighting.

Went in on 4/2/21 to specifically look for a new wallet or purse. I was undecided on what to get but the lady in the Purse section was extremely helpful and kind. After telling her about certain issues with me carrying everything she guided me and told me what she thought was best. I ended up buying a Micheal Kors purse and it was literally life changing because its small enough to carry around yet big enough to carry only what I need.

The lady that helped me was exceptional and let me explain why. My family and I went shopping as a last minute thing and I was not dressed well AT ALL. She treated me and my husband with the utmost respect and it really meant so much to me. THIS IS HOW YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO TREAT PEOPLE! With respect and patience. I will be calling the Manager to let them know to give this lady a raise! You don't know how many times I've walked in places willing to spend money and then have to take my business somewhere else because I'm given dirty looks. I 100% RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL DEFINITELY BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!

I went to Macy's to purchase Good Girl items by Carolina Herrera and was happy to have found them . Ms. Rebecca was the lady who assisted me in getting what I needed. She was very helpful, courteous and professional . I will continue to buy my Carolina Herrera collection products there. 🙋‍♀🙂🙏

Excellent service and attentive staff. Plenty of options for clothing, ranging from the most basic of set ups to even some more fancy stuff (cocktail dress, shoes, in season fashion from name brands). Varied selection of brands, including Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and Lacoste, offering in-house brands as well. Prices vary greatly, but there are usually good deals to be found if you take the time to look for them.

Got some good black Friday specials. Was organized even though it was packed. Using my Macy's cards got me an extra discount. Employees were polite.
