Restaurant Bar Ramón

We caught some Dorados and brought it to Restaurant Bar Ramon. The chef did a great job cooking the fish and prepared two different ways. Very delicious and the service was excellent from owner and Nacho. Located across Hotel Barra de Navida.

The chef and owner Ramon know his stuff. The mahi mahi in garlic sauce was cooked to perfection, moist and tender. Onion rings so crunchy good. Everyone on staff was friendly and all wear mask, so appreciated in the era of Covid19. Well done!

This restaurant has been around for many years. It is open all year long and serves the large expar community as well as the local tourists. Big menu, fresh made juices and delicious liquidados!

I had a great BLT and coffee the other morning. Fantastic taste and nice strong coffee all served quickly and with a smile. A great choice for breakfast.

Went to Ramon's for years....Incredible food...true Mexican...fresh seafood ...without a doubt...the best eating facility in all of Barra....food cooked to perfection....drinks and beer always available and delicious...prices are completely in line with the quality of food...drink... and atmosphere...and the waiting staff never made you wait for anything....thank you Ramo !!!

I lived in Barra de Navidad full-time for 11 years and the restaurant Don Ramon was always one of my favorites. He isn't a cook he is a chef. I just had a good Caldo de Polo which is a chicken soup. So delicious! I have never in my life except at Don Ramon's and one little restaurant in the Wilds of Michoacan tasted a chicken soup the tasted as good as this one.

The restaurant is very very clean the bathrooms are spotless the food is delicious. They don't have air-conditioning but they have lots of ceiling fans and floor fans that they turn them on for you. it's just a wonderful warm welcoming place with great food.

Excellent food. Fish and chips, tortilla soup and enchiladas verde are three of our favorites. Good service, and they'll put on the hockey game for you if you ask.

Todos super amables, muy buenos precios, buenas porciones, un lugar muy cómodo y lo más importante muy rico todo. En mi viaje a Barra de Navidad comí en varios restaurantes y por mucho éste fue el mejor, totalmente recomendado.

Los chilaquiles verdes muy buenos. Excelente que dan unos molletitos de entrada con mantequilla y mermelada
