Even though the restaurant is small but I really like how cozy it is and has this home-ly vibes. It's the perfect place if you are looking for an intimate meal with your friends or your loved ones.

Their pizza and pasta were really fresh and yummy! Pumpkin soup was flavourful, however the mushroom soup was a little bland.. but other than this, everything else was really good. And not forgetting their service was great too! Would definitely recommend and return! 👍🏼

This charming pizza haven offers the essence of traditional Italian cuisine with its handcrafted pizzas, delightful salads, and savory pastas. The tiramisu is heavenly, and the creamy soups are a warm embrace. Coupled with attentive service from friendly staff and a chef who pours heart into every dish, it's an authentic slice of Italy in a cozy setting.

Quaint cafe serving great pasta and pizza. Inside East Village beside the Hao supermarket. Recommend the Calzone folded pizza, Linguine pasta with beef tenderloin, Squid ink pasta and Carbonara.

Remember to reserve for bigger groups as the tables are limited.

Didn’t have high expectations but the pasta (Gamberi) turn out to be very nice! There are lots prawns! The tiramisu is just normal nothing surprising :)

This place really impressed me. Truly lives up to its promise of delivering handmade and traditional Italian cuisine. Features an extensive menu with some very unique dishes I have never seen anywhere else in Singapore. Everything was cooked to perfection.

We tried the Maggiano pizza (folded pizza with beef and truffle oil stuffing) and were impressed with how well it turned out - the flavours came together very nicely. A very unique dish that was very well-executed! Chef also dished up a Cannelloni for us on request (not in the menu) and what a treat! The pasta and melted cheese were perfectly done and the dish left us looking forward to our next visit. The Calamari and Bismarck pizza were lovely too!

Highly recommend this place. One of the best Italian restaurants in Singapore for me - a true hidden gem!

This place is worthy of the Google rating of 4.8 (at this time I am writing) and even more in my view. If there is an extra bonus star beyond 5 stars, I think they well deserved it. The food, the ambience with that soothing Italian music, the service which the sole staff and the sole chef provide is amazing. The diavola pizza with generous toppings of rucola (or rocket leaves), super al dente aglio olio pasta with bacon, and the tiramisu, are the most amazing I have had in my recent memory. Truly a gem in this part of Singapore.

Update: The food is so good that we kept thinking of it and went back a month later. This time we had the Insalata Rucola salad, the Bolognese pasta with added Bacon and Lemon Sorbet. It was such a satisfying meal at a very reasonable price. The cockage here is very reasonable. Perfect for indulging in your favourite wine while savouring their food. Surely we will be back again.

Small Italian restaurant in east village. Spent National Day dinner there and was a great choice.
Ravioli was presented nicely with rich sauce. Pizzas were fresh, hot and cheesy with fluffy crust! Prices are also reasonable so will recommend!

This little restaurant doesn't look like much but it serves high quality Italian food.

There are limited seats and they are all taken up on a Friday night. Really happy to find a new place in the east that serves good Italian food.

I have gone there more than 6 times in the past 3 months and their quality of food is consistently good.

Do be prepared to wait a bit as it is a one man show at the moment.

Very good italian food with a nice small cozy italian seating area.

The pizzas and pasta are amazing. Quite comparable in quality to those you can find in town in terms of taste and texture.

A very underrated Italian resto tucked away in a corner of East village.

What a lovely bismark pizza! It was simple ingredients, tomato base, ham, mushrooms, a runny egg and cheese but well executed. Ingredients were fresh, generous and the pizza base was crispy, chewy and flavourful.

Also ordered the ravioli and the gamberi. The pumpkin cream was not overwhelming and didn't make it heavy, complemented the ravioli well!

Gamberi was awesome. prawns were fresh, huge and was cooked just right so it was still very 'bouncy'. Definitely no one can complain about the number of prawns in the dish. For once, I didn't have enough pasta to complement the number of prawns!

A lovely meal in all and worth a visit.

Italian food has always been one of my favourite cuisine, especially pasta and Tiramisu. So glad to find one newly opened Italian restaurant in the East Region of Singapore, located at East Village #01-45. The restaurant is named Maggiano. The pasta is handmade and freshly made daily. We ordered their signature pasta Cannelloni (with prawns, mushroom and mozzarella cheese), it's very good and something special which I have never tried before in other restaurants. We tried the Gamberi pizza, fresh ingredients and the pizza crust is excellent! The Tiramisu sweetness is just right but it will be better if the alcohol taste is slightly stronger. Cozy ambience and the chef is very friendly. Good service, affordable price, great food!!!

Came by this really cozy Italian restaurant by accident when I was walking around East Village. I felt really drawn to enter the place as it looked so homely and peaceful. As soon as I entered, I felt that I definitely made the right decision as there was a sense of comfort to this restaurant. The ambiance was beautiful, yet simple. The cute Italian music and pictures around the restaurant definitely helped with it.

I ordered the mushroom risotto and I was impressed with the presentation of the food. The aroma of the risotto hit me first followed by the beautiful texture and sight. At first bite, the sauce was rich and creamy, the type of consistency that I love for my risotto. The onions in the risotto gave it a little sweetness and you could taste the richness of the broth as well. The mushrooms were so tender and soft, yet the texture reminds. The parsley garnishing brought out the flavour of the mushroom and the creamy sauce. The only feedback that I could give was that the orzo could have been done a little more to make it al dente. It was still a little on the hard side. It would also do really well with some pine nuts or even some almond crumbs to add in some crunch to the risotto.

To end of the meal, I had to get the panna cotta. The panna cotta was firm, not too sweet yet rich with the milky creamy flavour. Depending on your preference, some people may prefer it to be less firm and more pudding like texture. But the firm still works well for me.

Overall, had a really nice and peaceful experience in this little restaurant. The chef was really friendly too

Restaurant is nice and cosy although a little small. Food was great with generous portions and fresh ingredients. Highly recommended to visit if you are in the area. Thanks to the restaurant for a surprise $5 return voucher for the next visit.
