HORRIBLE customer service. We paid for our product in full, they said they will deliver the next day. But they don’t follow up for deliveries, you have to call them constantly. In the morning, they told me the product has already left and will arrive no later than 2 pm. I called them so many times, but no answer. When they finally answer, he says the product just left (?!)— the product was delivered at 7:30pm by one of their staff in a scooter. I felt sorry for that staff to be driving at night and then the man called to ask me to pay for the delivery instead of saying, “Sorry we will cover the delivery.” Customers do not matter to them, it seems, and no such thing as customer service. This will be the last time I spend my money here.
