Good food, nice presentation and prompt service. On point. The pana cotta was very good! Compare to other restaurants in Boquete that are way over priced Otto is right on the money. Definitely worth couple more visits.

Meal was delicious and inexpensive. One of the better meals we had in Boquete this trip. Daughter had lasagna. Husband and I had steak. Meatballs were delish. Would return.

Today they had a Valentines special and we ordered the Beef Carpaccio that was EXCELLENT!!!!!! It was so good that my husband recommended they put it on their regular menu.

Lovely place, very good prices, food portions hefty and taste awesome. Definitely coming back before we leave Boquete 👍🏻

Definitely a MUST GO If you're looking for great pasta dishes at VERY reasonable prices. Warm and friendly staff! Lasagna is best I've had in Boquete.

Outstanding is all I can say. From the decor, staff, presentation of food, great prices and the food itself, all I can say is wow. I will be back. Good job!!

Fun, tasty and not overpriced. Alfredo is our favorite and the red sauce tastes fresh and light on the palate. Service is very friendly.

This place was amazing, some of the best Italian food I've had for some time! Really delicious and such a reasonable price compared to other places. The service was super friendly and quick too which was great.

You cannot go wrong when visiting Otto's. Whether you are hungry or not, there are choices and you will not be disappointed. From salads to paninis, pasta or soup the food is beautifully presented and tasteful. Portions are a good size.

Great little restaurant. They have table service across the street at a the town square. They were able to work with food allergies. (Sulfite Allergy)

Stopped in for lunch. Great meatball subs (called panini there but it's not a panini). The bread was fresh and seemed like homemade. The meatballs were very tasty, sauce was legit, and mozzarella was for sure real mozzarella. It would be perfect if they made it without the lettuce, cut the meatballs in half, and did not cut the baguette all the way through so the meatballs don't fall out. Also it was wrapped in paper which got soft and broke up because of the sauce. It would have been much better to wrap it in foil and then paper. Leaving this tip for the restaurant in case they read this because it really was an excellent meatball Hero as we call it in NYC.

I can strongly recommend this restaurant as we had a wonderful dinner at Otto’s. The stuff was super friendly and courteous and the food really tasty!

I’m going to agree with the previous review and also disagree. I had the Spaghetti Carbonara and I agree it was just pancetta, olive oil, cheese and black pepper. Think Cacio e Pepe with bacon, but unlike the other reviewer, I liked it a lot. I have no idea why there was zero egg in it or why it was called Carbonara. But it was good, as was everything else we ate there that night. It was also a reasonably priced meal for that part of Boquete, certainly compared to the other places in the Otto group of restaurants!

Had the Otto Salat, and spaghetti.. Also the mango cheesecake... All wonderful coupled with very friendly service. Very cosy ambiance and lovely decoration.
The Italian foodstuff they had must also be of good quality.
