Sugar and Spice Boquete

This is the cutest deli and bakery. The salad and sandwiches are really yummy and the atmosphere is nice.

Was craving a salad and walked into this place and was a bit hesitant to get a salad here but so happy I did. Simple organic salad! Wow so fresh, crunchy, and full of flavor. Other dishes I saw being served looked very good.

Big portions at a great price! This was our third visit to Sugar & Spice. I had the classic breakfast burrito ($6.50) and hubby had the blueberry pancakes ($7). Both were excellent! Took half my burrito to go and leftovers were just as good. Quality of the food here is always great.

We came for breakfast, it was very full. After we order at the counter, we got our food almost 30-40 mins late. I would recommend going after the breakfast rush hour (8:30-10:00). Once everyone got their food, we were pleased with the portion size, flavors, price.
They also have at the counter freshly made breads, puff pastries, cakes, and empanadas. They have vegan donuts.
I also got a spicy nacho snack, it’s was ok.

Good food for a great price. We have been visiting this store a couple of times during our stay: salad, sandwich and soup.

All were very good and we didn't have any complaints.

The fresh lemonade (1.5 dollar) is great!

This is a lovely busy restaurant with tons of great food to eat in or take home.
The first time I came I had brought Stella but unfortunately, dogs were no longer allowed. So I grabbed a coffee and a muffin and we headed on our way!
Both were devoured before we got home which was just a few blocks away.
The next time I came without Stella and enjoyed a Hot Durango sandwich. It was awesome but I would have liked more jalapenos. But that is a personal preference. But the meat and cheese and bun were really great. Plus there was a really refreshing pasta salad too!
Next time I went I got a Mexican dish, the Spiced Stacked Crispy Enchilada Plate. Oh wow!! I chose the chicken but you can have beef or pork too. It came with yellow rice, & beans. It was three layers high with Ranchero sauce and cheese. It was so big I bought some home and had it for lunch the next day. I was too full to have dinner that night!!
They also provide free water and a flavoured water. That day was watermelon. I am not sure if they have other flavours on different days.
This is also a bakery. My good friend suggested that I should try the Queso and Jalapeno bread. I was lucky to get the last loaf!! And who knew it would go so good with peanut butter?? It is a delicious bread. I usually don't eat much bread but I have finished this one and plan of getting another tomorrow as it is a Tuesday special. I will have to check out other specials when I am there.
The service is awesome. The ladies who run this place know what they are doing. Service is prompt and always with a big smile.

We had breakfast here both mornings we were in Boquete. We enjoyed it so much the first morning we returned the next. Lots of selection for breakfast. Very good coffee. Good prices. We loved the shredded hashbrowns. We also picked up cinnamon rolls and donuts. The donuts were as good as donuts get! If we were there another morning I’d probably be back. I’d have better pictures of the food but each morning was to excited about eating it instead of taking pictures!

Simply LOVE this place!❤ Yes, it’s not super fast (common, it’s Panama!), but food, drinks and breads are just delicious! Also fairly priced and big portions!👍 My favourite spot to eat in Boquete😋

VERY popular, thus crowded, place with indoor and outdoor seating. Although busy, service was quick. Their bread looked good, but I haven't tried it yet. The blueberry danish and cappuccino were very good though. Extensive vegetarian menu!

Cozy, clean and delicious breakfast, best bakery in town! You order at the cashier and the order comes pretty quick at the table. Most recommended! The scrambled special and the ultimate Santa fe are superb. The coffee is a must (and has a refill)

They treat everyone well. Plenty of helpful staff. large portions of food and great taste!

Best Breakfast in Boquete, my favorite thing is that they have a Vegan and Vegetarian friendly menu.

I absoluty love this place! Their food is great and the staff is friendly. They have a nice selection of bread, pasteries, and meals. They resturant is clean, and the atmosphere is great. Not to mention they are located in the middle of town, so it isn't that hard to get too! Amazing place to go out for breakfast and lunch!

It's an easy going place with a good selection of quick and easy options at a good price. They also sell pastries and cake. The staff are friendly and the food is tasty. We've been back several times.

Best casual eating in Boquete and good bakery for breads or pastries. Whether you want coffee and a Danish, sandwich or a hot lunch or dinner, they have it. Very popular spot with ExPats in Boquete and deservedly so.

Well, the recent review from someone who was not happy with their food at Sugar & Spice says much more about that individual than it says about Sugar & Spice. She had the opportunity to bring her complaint to the manager at the time she was there, but instead, she chose to publicly complain about something that could have been resolved if she had the ethics or honesty to allow the owner/manager the opportunity to make things right while she was present. Coward. Her review has no credibility.

Outstanding breakfast, cheap. Bottomless fruited water and coffee, scrambled eggs, hash browns and fruit-$7.00. Bakery does not disappoint, fresh baked bread, tons of baked goods, great prices.

Lovely bakery with wonderful breads and pastries. They take credit cards, have a nice free water station, draw a good crowd and have a nice vibe. Highly recommend.

Crowded, a lot off food to choose, als healthy salads and fresh fruitsrinks a very atmospheric place, dont miss it!
