Aling Lucing Sisig - Clark

Home of the original sisig! We enjoyed their pako (fern) salad, perfect sweet-salty-sour balance. The flan is quite sweet and creamy. A little goes a long way.

Original Sisig is the best, and you can find that here at Aling Lucing Sisig at Clark Pampanga. It's not pricey at all. Delicious!

Order the pako salad as well! We went on a Sunday. We were told that our waiting time for the food to be served is an hour. The food was served within 40 minutes. The sisig is mayoless and eggless (as it should be) and most importantly, delicious! The pinaputok na bangus is just okay. I personally do not recommend the chicharon bulaklak as it is a very small serving- compared to its price. The pako salad is the highlight of our meal (highly recommended!)

Love the pork sisig!!!! Didn't like the squid sisig tho, mejo malansa. I expected the squid to be cut small like the pork or tuna sisig, but its just like sizzling squid.

The sisig was worth the wait! I would’ve rated 2 stars if not for that. Place was packed even though we went there almost 8pm.

It's my first time trying legit Kapampangan sisig. Manyaman! We also tried their other best sellers: chicharong bulaklak and tokwa't baboy. The chicharong bulaklak is very light and not greasy. I also like the the sauce for the tokwa't baboy.

Staffs are nice but a little bit slow when it comes to the service, quite understandable since there are lots of customers. Acoustics can be improved.

There's sufficient parking space within the vicinity.

Would definitely come back!.

One of our favorite sisig restaurants from now on. Price is reasonable and proportionate to serving portions and the ambiance is perfect. Must order sisig and Pako salad!

BEST SISIG! AND BEST BRANCH! The food took 45 minutes but they told us ahead of time so it was ok. They also have frozen sisig that you can buy and it's sooooo worth it! We also ordered papaitan. Must try!

The original sisig dish was created by Aling Lucing and it did not disappoint. A must for sisig lovers.

So happy Aling Lucing now has a branch here in Metropolitan Clark area. The place was huge, and the staff were warm and helpful. Food is as reasonably priced despite being in a CBD/trendy area in Clark. Aside from the sisig, I recommend having the pako salad.

Note : ordered letchon kawali and sinigang for the kids. All our order came in but not for the kids. They only informed us after we followed up the two orders...

- atmosphere : We where sitted outside(non Aircon).
- service : My dad(a senior) requested to transfer inside(airconed) but the waitress denied his request.

They really do have good sisig. Glad I came to try it for myself since I hear it everytime that the sisig in Pampanga is just different. Also tried their sizzling pusit, and it’s delicious as well!

10/10 Definitely recommend! Will come back again soon!

Spacious and food was good. Sisig was so-so due to the oilyness of it.

The famous Aling Lucing is already in clark no need to go to angeles for the original sisig!
This place is easy to miss because lack of signages but is locates atop a k bbq resto.
Place is spacious and clean but lacking interiors. But you came here for the food! Dont forget to try their Pako salad! Its really good and refreshing when paired with their sinful sisig

Their sisig is delicious and is highly recommended.
