Avic's transient house

Pros:
- The owner is very kind and accommodating. She helped us carry our bags and welcomed us with a warm smile.
- It is very close to the Northern Blossom Flower Farm, you can walk there for no more than 5 minutes.
- The street outside the house is safe even at night.
- Even if it's beside the highway, surprisingly, I still had a good sleep as the sounds outside never reach inside the house.
- Clean and big restroom.
- They provide complete amount of kitchen utensils as well as pillows, mattress and blankets for our group.

Con:
- The water heater is not working, so I have to shower with the cold water. It is not a big deal for me, but it will be a bit of a problem to people who get cold easily. We tried turning the heater on but the water is still cold. I'm unsure if we just don't know how to use it or there is really a problem. I would suggest to make sure that the water heater is working before the guests arrived so there wouldn't be a problem.

Overall, I had a nice stay and I would still definitely choose to stay there and recommend it to my friends who would like to go to Atok. Thank you for giving us a pleasant stay! ❤

i would recommend this homestay to those who want to be close to the northern blossoms and wake up early to see the sun rises from the mountains. the owner is kind, welcoming and attentive to our needs. the room we stayed in was good for a group of 9, warm and cozy.

when i come back in benguet. i will remember this place.

Our recent visit to Atok, Benguet led us to AVICS Transient, conveniently located just across the road from the enchanting Northern Blossom Flower Farm. This cozy transient house offers a warm and inviting ambiance, making it an excellent choice for a comfortable stay.

Situated roadside, AVICS Transient boasts ample parking space, making it hassle-free for travelers with private vehicles. The proximity to Northern Blossom is a major plus, allowing us to easily access the famed flower farm with a brief 5-10 minute walk.

🛌 Spacious Accommodation:
Our group of 8 found the room exceptionally spacious, with enough room to spare. AVICS Transient offers a homey atmosphere, and we appreciated the availability of cooking utensils for our convenience.

🚿 Amenities:
The inclusion of a hot shower was a blessing in the chilly January weather (6-8 degrees Celsius). It added a comforting touch to our stay, allowing us to unwind after a day of exploration. The presence of a water dispenser was convenient, and upon request, they provided a mineral water supply.

📶 Connectivity:
For those needing to stay connected, AVICS Transient offers Wi-Fi, and I was able to work seamlessly during our stay. This is a great feature for remote workers or those wanting to share their travel experiences online.

🤝 Hospitality:
Jamaica, the host, impressed us with her responsiveness and accommodating nature. Her warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience of our stay.

Very accommodating owner. They have good parking and there's an eatery right next door.

RELAXING PLACE INDEED

Locsted in the heart of Atok, a stone-throw away from the Northern Blossom flower farm.

We had the whole place to ourselves. Simple but has everything we need.

Miss Jamaica was very accommodating to our requests.

One thing they can Improve on is the size of beds on the room facing the flower farm. Initally it was just 3 of us and we will be asked to fit in 2 single beds. They should have an option to put an extra mattress if it’s going to be 3 pax because each head pays the same amount and it will be unfair for the 2 pax who will share 1 single bed.

Another is that they should provide better water heaters. The one we used, the one with the longer metal heating element is damaged. First time using it I smelled plastic burning. Had to turn it off because i saw smoke coming from the metal part. Whoever used it before might not have known how to use it and burned it.

But other than that it was a good stay. Room has a nice view of Mt Pulag and walking distance to shops and eateries.

Very affordable, and very close to the Northern Flower Blossom. Good place to stay overnight. The host was very helpful as well. This place is close to the stores and vans terminal going back to Baguio.

Ok naman sila kausap last year na nagstay kami...but now seen zone lang just for an inquiry.. baka ayaw ng trabaho kung sino man nagmamanage ng FB Messenger nila.
