Good experiences ..different each year...lately the room was nice, there are issues reported but was immediately addressed with fast and efficient service...

Wonderful staff, well equipped gym, restos and easy to catch a ride to anywhere. Wifi is spotty and parking may be a challenge when conventions are in town

We enjoyed our stay here lately as part of our High School Batch reunion. Excellent for bonding, very nice place 👍🥰🥰🥰

Its our second stay here but we have the fourth floor rooms, hot shower is working, nice open air rooms to let the cold air in, pati ung amoy ng breakfast ng hotel amoy 💕

But overall staff are friendly and courteous and rooms are ok naman and relatively clean

Parking space is safe and plenty enough

One of the most strategic hotel in Baguio, being accessible to main tourist attractions. Their wide halls and conference rooms, plus gym, resto and mini-pool is something to look forward.

Super nice place. Complimentary breakfast is good. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms have ample space for a couple. The hot water worked well. Super clean rooms and hallway.

Amazingly nice! We were there because it was nominated as one of BBMs headquarters and witnessed the inauguration. The staff are polite, courteous and accommodating. We were assigned into a huge room but with the 30 capacity room guests having only 2 comfort room seems not enough, it will not give you comfort anyway but since it's free overall it's nice.

Buffet breakfast is also good enough for a hungry one, it's satisfying with a wide range of choices.

The hotel is one of the class hotel in Baguio. It offers a wide range of hotel room types and accommodation for family, business and other personal travels. They also have a cozy reception, an elevators and a social hall that can accommodate more or less 2,000 guests. It's just located in the city proper which makes it more accessible for the guests.

Stayed here for a 2-day seminar & I really enjoyed my stay!
Rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are really courteous & helpful.
Amenities are also complete, with a gym, pool, restaurant/cafe, club/bar and numerous other facilities.

The place is great. Maganda ang amenities. Maybe because they were just starting over after the pandemic, 4 stars muna sa service. Kasi walang electric kettle para sa coffee na nakaready naman sa room. Then when I called the resto to order, it is already closing even if it is only 930pm (closing is 10pm). Good thing is, may malapit na 7-11 where I satisfied my coffee cravings. I know they have a lot to give and improve on. But all in all, highly reccomended ang place na ito.by the way, food is very heart friendly. MATABANG! Hahaha

Affordable place to stay at when you're in Baguio. Accessible to the city proper. Their food is also great. They have affordable buffet rates. The room we stayed in has no A/C. Just open windows and some electric fans.

Big. Nice interior. Location is good. Specially easy to approch to Burnham Park. Breakfast buffet price is 199peso, foods are good. Rice, meat, cereal, breads and coffee.

The staffs were accommodated all the trashes ASAP. The foods were good. Rooms and venue of seminar were spacious and well prepared. Big hotel so far...

For us its just a walking distance from session road if your not in a hurry. Nice to walk in a cool breeze of Baguio 👫🌲
