This is a great place for a Polish cuisine. We tried it based on reviews and were very satisfied! Big portions for an average male, salad on a side dish and everything is very tasty. Quality matches the price.

The price is really good! I spent 1 dish with 1 drink as 13€!! The waitresses are friendly and help me recommend the popular menu. The food was tasty and a lot. Don’t wait so long.

Delicious, home traditional food. Everything placed in the center of Gdańsk. Not that much space, and this is rather place for a dinner with friend or family, not for romantic date. Definitely better to sit outside in the warm season. Prices adequate to the size and quality.

So we basically died and went to Polish food heaven;) It's super hard finding a place that's not a tourist trap or loaded with fake reviews, and I'm happy to report that this restaurant is legit! We've been traveling through Eastern/Central Europe for 3 weeks now, and this unassuming, nice place is top 3 of our food places thus far. We made a bold move and tried the sour soup for once and did it pay off in spades -- it was so, so good. We also tried the mixed pierogies which were alright -- I never really liked them much being that they're just way heavier and less flavorful versions of Asian dumplings, so it's not this place's fault I'm not a big fan. Out of the 4 types though, my husband and I were pretty surprised to like the spinach pierogies the most, especially as I'm almost carnivorous at this point. Finally, we had the potato pancakes with meat and holy moly -- it was so, so good. The service was also nice and kind, and the ambience warm and relaxing. Most definitely recommend this place!

I had a potato pancake for lunch, which was really good value for the money. One of my favorote meals during our stay in Gdańsk.

My first time but my fiancees 5th time. Very good food and good service with nice staff. It close to the busy main street but still the price is very reasonable. We will be back!

It's not easy to find somewhere with seafood and has good smell.

This place is a very good alternative for the ones who are looking for traditional Polish food in Old City Center. Everything we had was absolutely delicious, staff was very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Cozy atmosphere and authentic polish dishes so so tasty.

This restaurant is located in old town Gdansk, we passed several times by it, but because of the name we passed it thinking it serves Latin America kind of food.
Next day googling, we found it's a Polish restaurant so came around 7.30 PM.
It was full, but a kind guy took my phone number promising to call me in next 30 min when they get a free table. That exactly happened.
Our also very kind young waitress recommended patiently dishes (answering many questions) and brought draft beer.
We took home made tomato soup and pierogi dumplings mix as a starter, but the main was out of this world (she made a right recommendation) - potato pancake filled with pork goulash. Plenty of meat in delicious sauce with sauerkrauter side.
Portions are generous and prices very reasonable for old town Gdansk location
