Absolutely wonderful dining experience at Rybakówka in Gdańsk! Very well-prepared local seafood. Highly recommend the tasting dish for two, the herring tartare, sprats and baked sturgeon. And of course the calamari!

The servers have superb knowledge in the fruits of the sea and are super sweet. I’ll be coming back here every time I visit the city.

We had the fried halibut and baked sturgeon.

One side of potatoes and one side of salad is definitely enough to share between two persons.

Starters which was salmon tartare and herring were also both excellent. Bread was fluffy and light.

We were vistinig the center and then let oked for some decent restaurant. Obviously most of them are very touristy, more facade than actual good service for reasonable price. So we're surprised with this restaurant. The service was great, we had some young dark haired waitress, very smiley, with perfect amount of attention and very helpful. The food was also great we had fish and shrimps and both was prepared tastefully. The outside tables are fine, but the interior of restaurant itself if really nice nad stylish.
Prices seemed very fair, I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Delicious seafood. We tried shrimps, calamaris, sardines, fish soup and all were great. Only the mussels with cherry cream sauce was not as good as i imagines. I prefer classic mussels with wine sauce.

We went in for a quick lunch. We were two. We took the fish soup and a schrimp soup 🍲 both soups were delicious 😋 🤪 🙂 🙃 We took a glass of white wine each 🍷as well 😋 Nice wine. The waitress was excellent professional and spoke English perfectly. Recommend!

Oh my god! This place was amazing. The food was so delicious. I ordered baked trout with boiled potatoes. It was the best fish I've ever tasted. Their suggestions of wine was also very good. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s truly a hidden spot of Gdańsk. The best baked salmon I’ve had in a long time, and everything else is delicious as well. Prices are good too!! Besides, the place itself looks incredible. Totally recommend

Very pleasant fish restaurant near to the river in the centre of the city. We started with shrimp soup followed by battered fried cod with chips. Both dishes were very good. Fish was well prepared.

If you love fish you must visit this place…It is a hidden gem!! One of the best fish soups I’ve ever had. Great looking restaurant tasteful decor with nice use of timber and brick. Fantastic food. These folk take pride in their food and have mastered the art of cooking. Everything from the fish to the potatoes was perfect. The best sauerkraut I’ve ever had. It would be hard to find a better fish restaurant anywhere in the world.

Fairly priced. In any other country a restaurant like this would probably be unaffordable. Highly highly recommend.

Very good fish restaurant.
Both the pickled herring starter and my shrimp pasta main were delicious. However, the salmon pierogi that my wife ordered, while still very good, was somewhat over-seasoned for her taste.
That said, service was fast and efficient and overall the meal was good value.

The food is fresh and tasty. The staff is good but they need to be more friendly, they speak English well if you are a tourist visiting Gdansk.

This place was recommended to us by our friends and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful inside, modern and clean. I couldn't stop looking at the lovely wall decorations. The fish was tasty and nicely cooked. The waiter was very polite, friendly and patient. We would like to come back there one day.

Very good fish 🐠 with french fries. Aperol also was very tasty, which is not always the case in polish restaurant. It was correctly prepared but a bit on the expensive side.
