Food was absolutely amazing. The location and the view from the table couldn’t be better. The service was good. The short tasting menu was super filling and around $75/pp

The Mariacka Street Walk tasting menu experience at the Hilton's Mercato Restaurant was everything I had hoped. I loved sitting outside to enjoy the fresh air and river views. The food was a multi-sensory treat, with intricate visual artistry presenting layers of flavor plus hidden surprises that added unexpected but perfectly finishing accents.

As a single diner, I appreciated Jolanta and her team's professional blend of pleasant, attentive and perfectly in-time service.

The service is really good. Everyone there is doing a great job. I know Mercato only because of the dessert 😍 They used to have amazing peach, now there is this delicious strawberry art 👌

Creative foods in Hilton Gdańsk. Every dishes were beautiful in taste and how they presented. The rabbit dish was cool. My favorite were fish and pear dessert.

The food was delicious. I had the cheese platter for a starter and ate the salmon for my meal. The waiter was very attentive and nice. And the Polish apple pie dessert was very tasty as well.

Exceptional food! Hilton, allow your Chef to manage this over the 4 seasons to change the menu!!. Wine pairing great, but l feel, might be stifled by conforming to the Hilton brand....separate this into a fine dining restaurant for tourists and discount during off peak seasons for affordable local prices; you can upsell by local gift vouchers by yield managing.

The restaurant represents good value for money. Really imaginative dishes, great flavors and varied presentations. Wine list offers nice variety of well known producers and new exciting bottles (some amazing polish wine as well). The service is warm, kind and professional although it needs few tweaks in timing of the courses. We were in no rush so it wasn’t an issue but I can see the problem if someone has limited time for a dinner.

Overall, great culinary experience, tasty, imaginative dishes and warm, professional service for reasonable price. Thanks to Jolanta for taking care of us.

We had a truly delightful evening at the restaurant.

The food was delicious, cleverly put together, and cooked to perfection. The dessert must have been prepared by a real master of their profession; it was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. And last, but not least, we highly appreciated the service. There was a lot of attention to detail, and we felt very welcome from start to finish.

Our host Amadeusz was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening.

We would highly recommend this place for a gastronomical experience.

An exceptional dining experience! We were not sure what to expect and we left wanting to go back. The service was great, Amadeus was truly attentive and warm. He always made sure we felt at home. The food had that finesse and creativity you'd expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The combination of vegetables with sweet components was particularly impressive. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in a top-tier gastronomic journey.

I had the most pleasant dinner at this classy restaurant. Excellent service, delicious interesting dishes, complimentary petit four and post dessert from the chef. Tasty strawberry Daiquiri.
The menu design was imaginative, but frankly confusing.
The only inconsistency was that the menu said the gingerbread dessert is supposed to resemble pebbles, but either it didn’t or I didn’t understand.

The food was incredible, but it was the service that made the evening! I regret not asking the waiters name, but the receipt says Michael, so hopefully I’m directing my thanks to the right person!

First we fell in move with the service, then with the food.

The outside patio is not very cozzy and welcoming but does its job of keeping a distance to other guests.

Food was outstanding. We had fish of the day (tuna) and salmon. The tuna was a major highlight. From a to z, made to perfection.

Waiter attentive, friendly, and recommended a great great desert (chees cake, go for it!)

Fine, well-balanced flavours. Very professional execution of every part of every dish. Fine dining experience. Quite expensive compared to other restaurants in Gdansk but for sure also a step above most of the competition. Relatively small portions so be prepared to go for a three course meal or one of the tasting menus if you usually eat a lot.

Very nice decoration, nice and clean venue.

Points of improvement:

Red wines by glass could have been more interesting.

Fantastic food and service. We took the tasting menu with paired drinks and everything was made with great care, finess and tasted wonderfull. Not a classic polish experience but who cares, you got fish, shellfish and a lovely steak. 5/5
