I recently tried the pork tenderloin here and I must say, the pork was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, and had a delicious flavor that was truly enjoyable. The seasoning was just right, bringing out the natural flavors of the meat in the most delightful way. What truly impressed me was the service provided by the staff. They were friendly and attentive. Considering it is a popular tourist destination, the price was fair and reasonable.

Had a lovely experience at Taverna Dominikanska. Visiting off-season meant we could enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere and even had the chance to chat with the friendly team there. The food is quite good as well; it's not the most traditional local fare, but it definitely steers clear of being a tourist trap. A great spot for a genuine, enjoyable meal.

A very good traditional Polish restaurant in Gdansk. The service was excellent- quick and accommodating for small changes from the menu. The food is super delicious.

Outstanding service! The Halibut was good enough for Jehovah! Crispy and moist. Cooked to perfection. Restaurant is stunnig also. We also really enjoyed the warm mulled wine, and the whole fried herrings.

Really nice place with delicious food. We very like zurek w hlebe it is soup inside bread. All the dishes we tried were tasty here.The service is good.

We were pleasantly surprised by the food and atmosphere in Tawerna.
We had a really good dish (cod fish) which arrived very fast.
A nice advantage was having Portuguese wine in the wine card, which made the experience personally better!

One of the best Zurek soups I've ever had! The sous-vide duck was also exceptional.

It's a good place near the port. You can see the river from the restaurant. The staff was very friendly. They speak English. The food was delicious. I recommend the seafood soup and the salmon. Also the cocktails are good. I recommend this place if you want to have a lovely dinner with your partner or friends.

Superb, delicious food! Portions are large, so consider sharing your entrée. I would recommend the herring in Gdansk sauce and the pork loin with cream sauce with chanterelle mushrooms and asparagus, served with a side of boiled potatoes sprinkled with dill. Taste sensation!

Service is efficient, pleasant and personal.

Our meal: 2 large beers, an entrée and two mains 148 zł.

Me and my wife had lunch here. I reccommend this place if you want to try some great Polish dishes.

Amazing food and service right on the river. Enjoyed the goat cheese salad and the mussels that were flavored perfectly.

The deer is delicious, I'm glad I stopped here. The place is family friendly, has indoor and outdoor dining. The indoor looks a little more fancy, but the outdoor is definitely fine for causal.

Amazing and very fresh fish and salad plus french fries are homemade, delicious with great service and a friendly atmosphere. Definitely coming back plus prices are very good!

This place was great, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Delicious food prepared well. Very economical, for Americans at least. We couldn’t finish all our food, good sized portions. Cuisine was a new one for me, Baltic seafood, unique tastes but nothing extreme. Of course dill is used quite a bit, because Poland.

Great location, right in the heart of the city, but not too close to pedestrian walk. Great sitting area outside with comfy chairs and fire places. Very kind and helpful staff. Delicious sea food.

Great place, tasty and diverse local kitchen, try fish dishes. Very decent prices and pleasant service. Just be careful that evenings might be fully occupied, so might need to wait.
