POZIOM 511 Design Hotel & SPA

This hotel looks so cool! We loved the huge suite, with a giant, luxurious bathroom that we stayed in for our friend’s wedding. Also the pool was huge. All the food and wine was fantastic, especially the extensive breakfast buffet which combined Polish specialities and more Western European fare. We loved exploring the ruined castle and the nearby amusement park amused our kids. We’d love to come back!

Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, superb pool/spa and gorgeous setting, conveniently near a village. And on top of all that they serve their own wine - esp enjoyed the Pinot Noir!! Only wish I’d had space to take some home in my luggage

We’ve come back from an impeccable stay at Poziom 511 - every whim and need catered to with faultless attention to detail and such subtlety it’s as though the hotel staff and management know exactly what you need before you realise it. My husband and I were both completely blown away and utterly spoilt. Superbly clean (gleaming mirrors, no dust anywhere!). The pool is huge and also indoors which was amazing for us as we unfortunately didn’t have dry weather for our whole stay. Sauna and steam room - both first rate - as was the spa generally, and special mention to the clever “bucket of ice water” shower which was a new one on me, but completely genius. Food wise - I’d not had much Polish cuisine before this holiday but there was so much variety on offer, in abundance, and cooked with such care. Honestly, I can’t find fault with this hotel - would love to come back and bring the kids. Aesthetically it’s sleek, modern, spacious and situated in very beautiful Polish countryside. Everyone who works at 511 has really mastered the art of discreet and luxurious service - where you never feel like anything is too much trouble. Can’t wait to go back.

Incredible weekend. The rooms, architecture, facilities, spa, food and staff were all amazing. We came for a wedding and the decor and attention to detail was beautiful and made it a magical weekend. Couldn’t recommend highly enough :)

Absolutely unique experience!!!! It is my third time in this beautiful hotel and every time is fantastic! However, this weekend was a special time for me and my family - we went There for celebration of 50th marriage anniversary of my parents and the way the hotel staff helped in organizing that is outstanding! I visited lots of hotels in more than 200 cities around the World and I can say without any doubt that Poziom511 is in my top 3 and if we add landscapes, location, design it is obviously number 1

Recently got to enjoy a fantastic long weekend here for a wedding. What a great spot! The hotel, the spa, the pool, the food…it was all perfect.

Location? I have never seen anything so beautiful. Comfortable stay. Comfortable room. Excellent food, really excellent! Big pool, water clean and warm. Surroundings fabolous. Sweet and calm. Dedicated staff. Highest recommendation.

A fabulous spa hotel. It is situated in the same hill where there is a historic castle built mainly by limestone. The design and the landscape are such that perfectly blended with the castle, hill and the huge stand alone natural limestones. The facilities are of high standard. I wished there could be more sports activities, both indoor and outdoor.

A great, classy hotel, with lots of unusual architectural solutions, good food, and really clean, quiet and well maintained rooms. The wifi is fast, and the swimming pool is vast :) my only gripe are mosquitos, which are plenty

Service is great, rooms are big, food is good. Water in pool is a little bit cold. This is really unique place across whole Jura Krakowsko-Czestochowska.

I've only used the hotel restaurant but it was absolutely gorgeous. Top quality food, wine and service. Highly recommended.

Great design, nice pool, friendly staff and a location to die for. What more can I say? ::-)

Hotel z duszą, przemyślany, malowniczo położony.
Pokój był przestronny, czysty, wykonany z dbałością o szczegóły, ciekawy design. Śniadania i posiłki w restauracji na bardzo wysokim poziomie, duży wybór menu, obsługa rewelacyjna. Basen czysty, komfortowy. Duży plus za wodę i inne napoje w miejscach ogólnie dostępnych dla gości.
Natomiast jest kilka rzeczy, które wymagałyby przemyślenia ze strony hotelu. Strefa saun - widać zużycie, warto byłoby bardziej zadbać o czystość. Pomimo, że strefa powinna być beztekstylna, jest bez wyraźnych oznaczeń/nadzoru i duża ilość gości wchodzi do niej w strojach kąpielowych (często mokrych prosto z basenu). Jeśli chodzi o parking (niestrzeżony, na zewnątrz), biorąc pod uwagę miejsce gdzie znajduje się hotel - z dala od dużego miasta, zapewne zdecydowana większość gości przyjeżdża samochodami i według mnie powinien być bezpłatny. Przy tym standardzie brakowało ekspresu do kawy w pokojach.

Relaks i spokój w przepięknym otoczeniu Jury. Hotel pomimo pełnego obłożenia gwarantuje przestrzeń i komfort podczas korzystania ze stref welness czy zabiegów spa. Obsługa zwłaszcza restauracyjna bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Zdecydowanie polecam.
