Zapora wodna na Zbiorniku Czorsztyńskim

Great views, when the weather is good it is is a great spot to see castle and landscapes around. Parking is paid, during busy days expect a lot of people and minishops nearby with huge ques. There are guided tours on zapora powerplant, worth checking online ;)

Beautiful lake that contains a lot of activities such as swimming, riding a boat visiting historical time and a lot of service around the area. All shops are available around it. I highly recommend to visit the siblings whenever you have a chance.

Beautiful scenic spot wirh nice view on the castle, the lake and the Slovak hills far away to the horizon.
A cup of coffee, cone of ice-cream, sunset and that's all you need for a relaxing moment.

Cool views. They started to built the lake in communist times. They put it in use in late '90's. The town that was in a middle of the lake had been moved and the old one flooded.

Worth to visit. Nice view of Niedzica castel "Dunajec" as well as Tatra mountaines and Pieniny.

A wonderful place, after visiting which only the most pleasant and vivid memories. From the walls of the castle, a wonderful panorama of the lake opens, the walls and rooms in good condition. From time to time, musicians appear, you can take a walk on the lake, have a bite to eat in a cafe. Children especially like it) In winter - skis, skis, skis. The border is close, so you can start skiing in Poland and finish in Slovakia. There is where to spend the night. If you agree with the locals, then you can go for a night ride on horses, to barbecue, under the light of torches. In general, I liked it :)

It is a human made reservoir on the Dunajec river in Poland (between the Pieniny and the Gorce Mountains). It owes its existence to a dam, which is located in the village of Niedzica. Main purpose of the reservoir is to prevent floods in the Dunajec river valley, but also it attracts tourists as well.

Wonderful place to visit. Very poetic scenery as from the dam you can see both castles.

Especially with nice weather a great place to be, 2 castles, boat, lake, restaurants. All you need for a day trip

Views for days, any time of the year.
