Printer, toner, laptop, mobile and many other electronic gadgets are available. Their best thing is you can order online and pickup your items later. Online customer service is excellent and always ready to answer your questions. English language support is available which is pretty rare in Warsaw, Poland.

Wife needed a new laptop and as we're not particularly IT savy we needed help, and lots of it. To be honest I wasn't expecting much.... salesmen pretending to be experts....you know what I mean....but our experience couldn't have been further from the truth. They were absolutely superb. The guy (Blue City, Warsaw) was so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was to much trouble, and he spent 30 minutes guiding us through spec options, even advising to to go for something cheaper and less powerful as anything more was a waste of money. We came away extremely satisfied. Thank you.

The staff was super helpful and very nice. When something was not ok it was super quickly solved and we have been given with small gifts. A little of waiting time, but worth it.

Great tech spot, busy with great catalogue. Also had gaming laptops, chairs headsets setup so you could sit and try / play games

I have ordered a new gaming laptop that qualifies for Nvidea promotion of free game. Unfortunately there were no vouchers available at the time of pick up, but the manager Łukasz agreed to send me the scan of it that saved me a lot of time.

They have a good selection in the store and if they don't have exactly what you want they can get it within 2 days. I needed to return the first laptop I bought and swap it with another and had no issues doing this at all.
