Hotel Vila Galé Alentejo Vineyards

Beautiful property with ideal set up for family holidays, for example drinks terrace is overlooking the pool & playground. Friendly staff and overall tidy place (although some spider webs on the ceiling in the room). Overall great value for a comfy place.

This is a wonderful family hotel, part of Vila Gale group. The location is simple unique surrounded by vineyards, olive or fruit trees. It is perfect to relax in the countryside. The list of activities is long ... horse riding, cycling, wine tasting, feeding animals etc. Both for childrenand adults there is always something to do. We recommend and wish to come back.
The hotel was busy and at times service was a bit slow or with some confusion but it did not spoil our experience.

Lovely country side hotel. The staff are very kind and courteous. The restaurant is SIMPLY PERFECT. Great choice of buffet combination. There are 3 pools, 2 outdoor for adults and young children + toddlers. 1 indoor with a generous jacuzzi. The toddler swimming pool have slides which are great for adventurous kids. This hotel will be on top of my list for "must repeat" 🤗

Great place for families with young kids. Our 5yo son loved it, particularly the swimming pool and the animal feeding. Very friendly and helpful staff, smiling all the time. The cost X benefit is one of the best in Portugal, we will certainly return while our kid is not a teen.

We did not try the buffet, we thought it was expensive for a family of three, and also more food than we needed. It's a reasonable value for a family with two kids, since they don't pay. But the "a la carte options" were good and more reasonably priced. There is only one restaurant in an 10 km radius, so this is something to take into consideration.

But the only negative is a small one: pillows could be better...

I would recommend someone to stay here for 2 or 3 nights. Many families stay here before or after they head to Algarve.

A great family resort. Nice swimming pools, an animal farm for children, great service, perfect breakfast/lunch/dinner. It feels isolated from the rest of the world which adds a lot of charm to this place. Wine-tasting is next door.

We had a brilliant couple of days at this excellent countryside hotel. It is located on large Alentejo vineyard that provides super wines for the Vila Galé group of hotels. Really enjoyed the spa and indoor swimming pool. My wife also had a very enjoyable foot and face massage.

Great stay at Vila Gale Clube De Campo, above my expectations, specially regarding kids swimming pool and every day activities, that kids love and parents too :)
At Vila Galé we can have the normal holidays facilities, but at same time the farm environment, with animals and nature.

Never was a guy of staying in a remote place because we need alternatives to keep our 4 year old busy. But this is different.... There are so many things happening, and it is so familiar place, that kids gravitate freely towards large droves playing around without any worry.

Kid friendly hotel, with indoor and outdoor pools, small farm with lots of animals, winery, and lots of space for kids to discover and learn new and interesting things. Recommend.

The best hotel I had to be with family. Great for those with very young children. It is in the middle of farmland. It has a beautiful sunset.

Beautiful, peaceful location, excellent hotel, helpful management and staff coupled with plenty to do including winery and vineyard tours, horse riding, walking and much more. Children more than welcome

Great place if you're travelling with kids. Amazing outdoors with a cool farm and animals, food is great and a good selection of 2 outdoor pools and one indoor

Typical Alentejo Monte or farm. Country and rural atmosphere. Nice food. Not so nice road to arrive to the hotel (bumps and holes).
