I rented a single but a small double was provided to me on account of its availability. The room looked old, but clean, with small, spartan beds that were, however, comfortable and with thick duvets. I slept very well, so well in fact that I postponed my morning plans after a long day earlier of trains. The reception attendants are very kind and civil; I had misplaced a pen during check-in and received it again without trouble. At the time I stayed, the restaurant was not in operation, so there was no food service or breakfast, but being so close to the center, there are other options.

As a budget option, this is very attractive. There are not so many rooms. Some rooms might have some noise exposure to the street, however, which could be noisy due to proximity to the center.

I was staying in here during July 2023 - for 1 full week - the staff is very friendly and rooms are cozy and comfortable - I even changed the room at half of my stay and they were very responsive and offered one bigger room. Also the breakfast is more than enough - you have everything from sweets to ham/cheese/etc + coffee/tea/milk/yogurt. Overall recommend this place it is near city center and the citadel itself - in only 5 minutes you are into it if you walk. If you come with the car there are some park places in front of the hotel, but for those i think you have to pay at an auto-machine, didn't looked complicated, but it was not my case as I was here by train not car.

Very pleasant impressions of the hotel - the location is very convenient, in the center, everything is buried in fragrant flowers, the room is cozy, the breakfasts are excellent, the service is wonderful! Thank you girls at the reception for your attention and patience!

Stayed here twice and was very satisfied both times. The rooms are fair for the price and always clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and the breakfast was varied and tasty. There's no hotel parking but there's public parking available which is very cheap. The location is also perfect for visiting the citadel and the city center. It's my place of choice for staying in Sighisoara.

A 3 star hotel that delivers a 4 star experience.

Very affordable rooms, nice location and a breakfast buffet that is simple but quite well executed in the offering and quality.

No ac, but even when visiting in the middle of summer, the nights are very cool due to its mountainous location.

Very quaint in decoration, and would recommend for anyone looking for cheap, unique accomodation in sighisoara.

Hotel foarte bine amplasat în centru, într-o zonă liniștită, este foarte curat, personalul foarte amabil, iar micul dejun foarte bun. Recomand cu toată încrederea!

Wir waren eine Woche da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist top, wir konnten die Stadt sehr viel zu Fuß erkunden, in wenigen Gehminuten auf der Burg oder im Zentrum. Cafes,Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in 2min.zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel, die Damen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut!

Ich habe eine Woche in Sighisoara verbracht.....
Ich kann, das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen..... Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen....
Ich bzw. andere Gäste die zur gleichen Zeit das Hotel besucht haben (aus verschiedenen Ländern) waren genauso für die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Sauberkeit, Essen, Personal (von der Eigentümerin beginnend bis zum Personal) und alles was das Hotel noch zu bieten hat sehr sehr zufrieden und Dankbar....
Ich würde jederzeit das Hotel wieder besuchen, weil man hier die oben genannten Punkte erfüllt und man vorallem ein HERZLICHES WILLKOMMEN spürt.....

Mi a plăcut maxim ceea ce a fost, de fapt, impecabil!
Alegerea mea a fost foarte inspirată și am avut ajutor tocmai recenziile de aici.
Este și motivul pentru care sper ca impresia mea să fie altora de ajutor.
Curat, foarte curat, aerisit, prezentabil, atât exterior, cât și interior, hotel Claudiu are și o poziție foarte bună, la 5 min de cetate, "în buricul târgului ", cum s ar spune.
Personal foarte amabil, deschis și prietenos!
Iar Snicky, cireașa de pe tort!!❤
Camera excelentă!
Am câteva criterii care, dacă sunt îndeplinite, testul este trecut: patul să fie comod, odihnitor și baia funcțională (să am apă caldă, chiuveta, wc ul și dușul să funcționeze fără cusur).
Ei bine, Hotel Claudiu a trecut testul meu cu brio!
Recomand, cu drag, tuturor celor care trec prin Sighișoara!
Eu, nu pot decât să mulțumesc întregului personal, pentru sejur și ajutor!
