Savri House

Our stay at Casa Savri was perfect. The hotel is 5 minutes walking to the old city, the terrace and gardens are very peaceful and well decorated. The staff was very service oriented. We had a very good breakfast and had the chance to eat our own food in the terrace when needed. The room was very spacious, very authentically decorated and very clean. Thanks a lot !

This is a beautiful hotel. It is the oldest building in this town. Full breakfast included. There are a few steps. No elevator. The service is excellent and everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The bathroom is beautiful with a rain shower head.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. We had originally booked 2 nights, but due to some family engagements we had to return earlier, and the hotel issue a partial refund without any problem. The rooms and premises are beautiful, it is centrally located. However, the breakfast was not that great for people like us, vegetarians. The two women at the reception with whom we interacted were very friendly, helpful and polite.

Wonderful location on the entrance to old citadel part of the town. Direct access to local restaurants and amazing Artisanal Icecream parlors.

Lady Ioana greeted us at the arrival to hotel, gave a little welcome introduction to available services in hotel and around the town.

Such an amazing place to sleep, we all need that kind of experience in our lifetime at least once. We booked a room for a night but honestly we don't feel sorry at all. The receptionist was so kind so for her service I would like to give her 10 🌟. She answered all our questions plus she will be a great coach. The breakfast was good, the location is good although I will give only for stars as there is no private parking. But overall everything was a gorgeous experience.

Thank you for the warm welcome, it was just what we needed after a day on the road. The room was so cozy - highly recommend going for the “Wilhelm” room, what a comfortable bed. Enjoyed a drink in the games room. A prefect location to access the lovely city of Sighisoara. We’d definitely come back again

Superb place to stay in Sighisoara. Historical building nicely preserved, with lots of beautiful restored furniture. Super friendly staff and easy chech in/out process. Located outside the citadel,m but with direct access to it. This is perfect, since at night the citadel empties, and dinner & drinks places are mostly beyond the walls. Breakfast at the place is nearly perfect.

The oldest building in the city refurbished and with the structure reinforced, also part of UNESCO, has been a wonderful place for us to spend the night. The service was really good with the lady being very polite and helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was tasty with some homemade products too and rich in diversity. The room "Elisabeta" was clean and warm enough for a really good sleep. It's located at the bottom of the fortress with a nice view from the terrace. We recommend the place and hope to get the chance to return.

Such a lovely place to stay in Sighișoara, with a very traditional outlook. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfy. A great recommendation! It has direct access to the fortresses from the garden.

Booked two nights at Savri house in July 2023, everything was as I expected - traditional room, bed eas very comfortable and also room had AC (which durring summer in romania it’s a good thing), bathroom was also very big, and very well equipped. The interior has a decorated (with all old traditional tools) garden where you can enjoy your breakdast (it can be served also in the interior wine room) - which by the way is very rich (and everything is produced inside and seems and tastes teaditional as well). For parking for me it wasn’t the case as I travelled by train here, but I understood there is an interior parking where car can be left. Reception open since morning until 22 and the personal is very friendly amd wants to help.

Such an amazing place. Very authentic and traditional. Oldest house in the city but well-maintained. Decorated with love for the detail. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We got a complimentary palinka upon arrival.

The hotel is run by super nice people. I remember Vlad, who actually taught me a bit of snooker in his free time. The sight from the hotel is picturesque ♥. There are shops all around the place. I have put 4* in service only because they don't have food in the hotel apart from breakfast. There are around 10 eateries in a 300 metre radius though.
The best thing about the hotel is that they have candies in every part of the hotel waiting for you. 😁

Old town is an easy walk away and all you need is close by.
We were travelling with my racing bike and manager looked after it securely without us asking .

A medieval barn transformed into a picturesque hotel. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is rich and everything is very tasteful! The staff is polite and helpful.

The house is very beautiful, in a vintage way. We had the Regina room which is very spatious and nice decorated.

If you never lived in a 500 years old house, this is your chance! Amazing building, nice rooms with older furniture but modern bathrooms. Little touches of humor, such as the iron turned toilet paper holder. We checked in and out with a big smile… precious and unique!

Hello, first of all, I was amazed by the kindness of Diana at the phone, she saved our holiday. Then, when we reached the hotel the welcome was great, and the check-in fast. We received a very big room with an important discount. The room was clean, all the features functional and the bed very comfy. Except our wood floor that was cracking a lot, no other sounds from rooms was heard. The breakfast was good but nothing special, the restaurant was warm looking and hat enough room due tu pandemic situation. We also asked to have breakfast in the room the other day, and this time Theodor made a great job. The personnel is well intended and willing to help (except Codrut who has a bit of hate and strange reactions with the clients), the hotel is clean, food is good, location is perfect and the styling is coquette. Prices without discount are medium-high. I definitely recommend. Enjoy!

Very friendly service, amazing backyard, cute cosy rooms.

Nice old hotel/pension in Sighisoara. 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the medieval centre. Room was nice and I really liked the aesthetic. Everything was nice and clean. Our room had a view to the street. A few times we could hear other guests, but it was quiet enough at night - I think if someone was a little louder it really would have put me off, so if you go during a busy time be aware that it might not be whisper silent in the room despite being advertised as 'soind-proofed'. If you are a fan of hotel robes, hopefully you aren't a literal 'big' fan because the robe in our room was nowhere near fitting me, but it didn't bother me too much not having a well-fitting robe. Breakfast was nice and included a little bit of customization. Staff was really good here.

Excellent stay, very well located, with clean amazing rooms and private yard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived Codrut presented us all facilities, offered us a short session about the history of the venue and a map with all Sighisoara’s sightseeing. We also had a welcome drink to bond and ask questions. The breakfast was good : coffee, water, eggs, Romanian specialties and a dessert.
