This is a perfect resort. The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone was beyond friendly. Check in was a breeze. Pool side restaurant was well staffed, friendly, and the food and drinks were all top notch. Everything about the property and the room was perfect.

The pros:
- The best beach side massage ever. Unreal.
- Amazing and bountiful breakfast spread that changed daily. (Lots of fresh fruit!!)
- Great bar with really good coffee choices and great shakes
-Easy, easy, easy—-the staff here go above and beyond, and do it with smiles on their faces!

Stay here. The location is unbeatable and so close to a great strip of local restaurants, shops and bars. Kai Bae is great!! But this resort and it’s staff will make you want to stay put.

Bonus: Mr A is working on an amazing mural to be completed near the pool. We need to come back to see the final result!!

Delicious breakfast, wide variety of choices. The only complain about food is that it could be a little warmer for breakfast.
Very nice pool. We stayed in the pool access room which we really recommend.
The room itself had everything that we needed, but it's a little smaller than in the pictures.
Overall very nice stay. Hotel definitely to be recommended!

large and clean rooms. at the reception they satisfied all my request. The pool is beautiful and there are good masseuses on the beach, very kinde person. In 10 min by feet there are bar and service.

Perfect vacation and stay in Kai Bae Beach! We stayed in garden bungalow. Nice, no sea view, but not many steps in to the beach. Beach was great, breakfast had wide selection of food. The pool area was nice and clean. And the location was for us the best in the island. Also had a great panang curry from the pool restaurant. I can only recommend this place.

If you are looking for low shoulders, calm and tranquility - this place checks all the boxes. This is my third visit, and I can say for sure that it's not my last. I love this place to bits, the beach is clean, the water is clear, you have space around you when sunbathing, no stress and hassle. There are several good places in Koh Chang, but this is my paradise for sure. Staff is professional, kind, polite and extremely service minded 👌

Excellent location for families and couples since it's on a small secluded beach stretch and not in the main strip.

Hotel is very modern and stylish. Pool immaculate even with a kids section and a small curly slide! Restaurant for breakfast great quality and mix of local cuisine and international choices. Spoilt for options to be honest.

Rooms very tidy, large, fitting with AirCon and great comfy double bed ideal for 2 parents and a small baby/child. We had a pool access room which is ideal not just for us adults but also kids.

It's located literally on the beach front.. does not get better than this!

Arrived and woke up to the most amazing view in one of the beachfront rooms. Such a treat having the beach just out the front. Also great massages offered at the resort - listening to the sound of the waves whilst getting a massage was priceless. Thank you to all the staff.

Stayed here 10 years ago, & again in Dec 23, it was fantastic then, & is even better now, garden view bungalows are great value, beach is perfect, pool area great, breakfast has loads of choice, staff are very helpful & friendly, location is perfect, will definitely be back

I can only talk about the beach front rooms - as the different rooms/villas options may reflect a different experience.
This is my 3rd stay here. And i like it. Beach front rooms with sunset directly in front of us. Good breakfast (Thai and Western) and very friendly staff. I will only stay in Beach front room and/or bungalow. The water was clean and very pleasant for swimming or just bathing. Good mix of guests (family, couples, european, thai). I will certainly come back again.

Triple times for long holidays. Great of huge good service mind of staffs not only front but all of them. Really impressed. Good for family. Kids pretty enjoy. Surrounded with sea & beach. Sea color change by seasonal also have rock. Have pool & slider which can spend a funny time here. Yummy restaurant & cozy cafe. Reasonable price.

One thing, pretty dark at night at beachfront. Solar light may be helpful.

Lovely place, would definitely recommend staying here. The beach is gorgeous and our room is only a few meters away. We can see the beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Lots of restaurants and small shops nearby. Only improvement that could be made is slightly better WiFi, but it is still alright.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Amazing and helpful staff, and wonderful view from the room. There is a 7-11 and several restaurants about 10 mins walk from the hotel. Everyone at the hotel was very nice.
