The Buddha View Resort

A must visit restaurant at the pier. There are only few tables that allow you to see through the sea. To be honest, food is not really amazing and quite expensive. But it is really good for photo taking. I came on weekend at 1pm but only one table occupied. So i can enjoy the whole table. Even tough it is super hot outside, you can feel the fresh wind and enjoy a whole day here

The atmosphere is very chill and relax.. the menu have nice selection of wine and food.. the prices are little more expensive as other place, but it’s definitely worth the money!
The food is very tasty and the staff really friendly and efficient!
It’s good to make a reservation if you are in group or in the evening as is a busy place!!

Nice little hidden unique place in Bang Bao Pier. Very "zen" place, easy to relax and enjoy with the good view, calming music and cozy areas to sit in the restaurant/hang out area.
The Thai food and Italian pasta dishes are great. Some of the Western foods are below average.
Staff is very nice and friendly and will do everything to make your stay as good as possible.

A fantastic place to visit and stay in. Our accommodation was so pretty, right in the heart of the pier. Loved it. The proprietors and staff are so friendly. We arrived by kayaking and they had an area ready to hang and dry our gear. Great coffee and breakfast in the morning too.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Wow, such a magic experience. The Restaurant has such nice seats where your feet hanging down to the sea. Together with the nice people, spiritual thai music and the really awesome Curry I had, it was one of my most remarkable Restaurant experiences ever. Wonderful place 💙

Great value guesthouse. Sleeping on the pier is relaxing, the rooms are simple (who stays in their room on such an island anyway?) but have what you need. The view from the restaurant, which is great to eat btw, is to die for. A bit out of the way of the 'large' beaches. But for some people that's a plus! The only complaints: breakfast is a bit simple for the price you pay.

Went in for a drink, beautiful bar/restaurant, very clean with amazing staff. Situated off Bang Bao Pier and built on stilts over the water with lovely views. Fantastic seating areas were you can dangle your feet through the floor.

Great dining at a bottomless glass table seat if available. Great food, great view. Good value for money. A bit upscale compared to the local restaurants around. Been here the 3rd time. Always nice.

Absolutely try the 'fresh food BBQ plate' as it's heavenly if you're into that kind of food. By far the best sea food since coming to Thailand 23 days ago. Lovely views and the better cocktails.

Honestly the best part of the whole island. It is a bit tricky to find it so I recommend that a taxi takes you from the pier and you can rent a bike after checking in. The staff are beyond amazing and the sea food is honestly 5 star hotel food. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on the island. There is a beach nearby, pharmacy and the hotel has an amazing island vibe.

Great food, best in Koh Chang, I would say. Neat location. Floorless tables. Nice staff. Fine decoration. Worth a 30min trip to go out eat there. The Tuna steak was awesome.

We have only visited the restaurant, which was quite and very nice. The food and especially the seefood are very good, with average prices for the category and region. Seating and athmosphere are lovely, some low glass tables allow you to dangle your feet above the water. Overall, very nice.

The restaurant is located above water. Some tables are located above water cause the hokes in the floor. So you can sit on the floor and hang your feet. Good place to have delicious meal and watching amazing view

Amazing place! The rooms are so cosy and nicely done! The staff is super friendly, great food and an amazing chill and relaxed place! When I come back to Koh Chang next time this will be my first choice for sleep and hangout. 👌

One of the most beautiful places in Ban Bao. A great place for a short break to relax.
We were only there for dinner. But that was consistently good but the prices were a little bit to high. 160฿ for a coconut shake is to much!

wonderful view ..wonderful food..really tasty shrimp tempura and the pad Thai was great too. enjoy a beer and fish in the middle of the day or get your sunset memories in the evening :)

I was eating at the restaurant and it was Good food at a amazing place. Sitting on the deck with your legs hanging down to the water, under a glas table. An amazing experience😍👌🏼 took a couple drone shots from the visit

Buddha View is one of the first places I go to when I arrive on Koh Chang after a long ride, it's relaxed atmosphere and great drinks menu soon has me completely destressed and ready to enjoy my holiday on the island of Koh Chang. Beautiful place in a beautiful setting!!

Great location, excellent (sea-)food and service.
Don't hesitate if you're looking for the better Bang Bao experience and try the Seafood BBQ!

Very good food and nice selection of drinks. The mango sticky rice was amazing. We went a second time juts to have it again.
