Hands down, the best car rental company at Istanbul airport! Friendly agents at reception, made a free upgrade for me this time, very clean, new cars and easy drop-off. Everyone working here always meets you with a smile, they are efficient and polite. The agents are not aggressive on offering extra insurance, which is a nice bonus, since I don't take it anyway. This is the 3rd time I've rented from Avis in IST airport and I've never had a problem with either the car, getting the deposit back or anything else. I will rent here again!

Very first time renting a car in Turkey, and my choice fell for Avis. Oh, well, it was right. The agent who I signed my rental agreement with was extremely nice and helpful, not aggressively offering extra services. Also, the pick up on the -2 floor was quick, and the guy who released the car helped me with a bunch of my luggage to put everything in the trunk and the back seats. And then I had 2000 km of a road trip down to Cappadocia on the steering wheel of the beautiful white Audi A3 Sedan. Pretty good condition, comfortable and dynamic enough to compete with the crazy Turkish traffic. And in the end, the completely quick and painless drop off in the IST airport - feels pity to say bye to this baby.

The service by Team Avis Istanbul was smooth and went well. They certainly deserve the credit when it ‘s due. We were very skeptical prior renting after months of surveying and reading horror car rental experiences from the public.

p/s; Just make sure you sign up for full insurance coverage as traffic in Turkiye can be challenging. Expect the unexpected.

Cars are always clean and one year age maximum.
Fuel it will come full but make sure to return it full. There is fuel station at airport.

This places is one of the few which delivers what your moneys worth. I rent a ton, since i need to visit istanbul frequently. Whenever i hire a premium car i either got an old model or not at all and forced to downgrade. Not in Avis. The guy at reception was attentive and helpful. He made every effort that i get the car i want. Result: happy customer and a 5 star review. Good job Avis.

I have been renting cars all around the world but I must say this is one of the top places I have ever rented a car from so far. The service was friendly, quick and hassle free. I wasn't expecting much from the car as I chose the most basic car on the website. However, the car itself was brand new, clean and fresh. Returning the car was as easy as pick up so top marks for Avis Istanbul Airport Team. I will definitely return again.

First of, the new airport is humongously impressive. A pedestrian paradise. Car rentals are to your left as you exit upon arrival. Sami was the only person available to help at the counter. And he provided quite an elevated level of customer support, overcoming several tech issues. 💪🙏

The people were nice and professional. Gave us useful info about pick up location, filling the tank etc. Didn’t try to force in extra services.

Avis is very professional rental company, this is my second time dealing with them in Istanbul, I rented BMW series 2 2021 the price was high but I understand it is cause of high season, I like this company, always my first option to rent a car wherever I travel

Perfect service, both at pick-up and drop off. Friendly staff, who speak excellent English. It's worth spending a bit more on the car. We got a new Ford Kuga which was a pleasure to drive during our 3 week road trip. Delivered the car dirty after 3 weeks and almost 4000km. No complaints from Avis.

Great place to rent a car for sure the cars that they gave me were always clean and brand new and the staff are extremely friendly and nice to you .

I rented a SUV back in march 2019 AT attaturk airport before the new airport opened the price was reasonable GOOD STAFF THERE ARE IN TIME TOOK LESS TIME TO GET EVERY THING DONE VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH EZPASS ( HDS ) FOR TOLL AND GPS
