Beautiful place, nice and relaxing, full of natural beauty. Unfortunately we didn't see butterflies as they only appear in may but it was still very nice experience. If you follow the path you will experience breath taking views and after about 40 min walk you will find a small waterfall. Very nice place but only recommend private tour very late afternoon as during the day this beautiful place gets spoiled by noisy boats full of tourist who don't respect beauty of this place.

looking down from the top..an incredible view. The meeting point of more than one color. The valley is very steep. There is no protective barrier. It's very dangerous, but it feels great to be there for the view.

What can I say about this place except that it is magical and the following pictures speak for themselves. Visit this valley and definitely stay for several days, only then will you understand what I mean!

Great place to visit in Fethiye, you can’t access walking, you can only access by sea

This place is a hidden gem.
We took the water taxi to come see the butterfly valley which cost us 300TL per person return so we could properly enjoy and explore the place without a time schedule. The ticket gives you access to everything including the sunbeds and access to the path to the waterfall (which would normally cost 15TL per person as it’s a natural reserve). It’s an amazing and really beautiful place. The walk up the waterfall is a treck and I recommend good shoes to climb the rocks up the mountain. If you come on tour with the pirate boat, i would advise you stay by the beach because I don’t think you would have enough time to go up the waterfall, enjoy and return. I witnessed people running after their boat because they departed without them. It took us 20-30 minutes to walk up there. The place is very busy in the morning with all the pirate tour boats until 12:30, 13:00 o’clock when they leave. Then it’s quieter with a fair amount of people until 15:00 15:30 in the afternoon when more pirate boats arrive.
All and all we really enjoyed our visit.
Highly recommend visiting this place if you are in Oludeniz.

It's was amazing, you should visit this place before death, it was like haven 🥲. The beach was so clean and the water was like glass, I swam at least 3 hours. You can also see beautiful fishes under the water.

Great vibe at a camp, picturesque valley with waterfall, and a cherry on the top is via-ferrata to climb the waterfall up

Spectacular views from the top of the hill here! On the road from Oludeniz to Kabak! Worth a stop to climb down the rocks for a scenic view.

We were on a yacht and were able to get there early. We arrived around 8 am, so peaceful and idyllic until the tourist boats arrive at 11. Water is simply stunning, although take reef shoes.

If you're able to go early I'd do it. No butterfly's but worth an easy hike through the bush to the Waterfall too.

Beautiful. It is a shame the Gulets turn up around 11, blasting the house music and disgorging hundreds of people onto the beach. We got there at 7:30am and enjoyed the serenity.

One of the best natural landscapes ever, it has beautiful beaches and blue lagoon, its the best spot for paragliding in the world. And also diving for fishing with a weapon, kayaking and many other sea activities are availble their.

You need to take a boat to get here as it's not accessible by road. We took the boat from Oludeniz beach. It's nice beach. Clear water and beach is clean. There is a bar, restaurant, and toilets in here. Food and drink are quite reasonably priced. You can do trekking with 6 TL entrance fee. We didn't do it as didn't have enough time. If you can't take a boat, you can drive and see this place from the top. Amazing too!

Beautiful valley, the water and its surrounding is really breathtaking. I’d advise to make sure you are not on a tour that is in a hurry to just pass through this place: you can simply spend a couple of hours here

One of the most beautiful places to visit while you are in Fethiye, Butterfly Valley can be reached by boat trip or by road. The beauty of nature is amazing; The mountains surrounding the valley with the beautiful blue sky and the clear blue water in its different shades form a very amazing painting! There is no need to enter Butterfly Valley if you are not there during the month of March because you will not find any butterfly there! The entrance price to Butterfly Valley is 10 Turkish lira.

It is a must-see place if you visit Fethiye. You can reach there either hiking or boat there are no cars. It has an amazing view with a lovely beach. I slept one night there in a tent with my partner and it was a fascinating experience.

The way to Butterfly is available in only 3 ways:
1) Boat (you can pay 50 TRY for round-way for a person)
2) From mountains with climbing equipment.
3) Paragliding

Schedule:
Oludeniz — Butterfly Valley:
11:00
13:00
14:30
18:00

Butterfly Valley — Oludeniz:
09:30
12:00
14:00
17:00

You will not see butterflies here, but you will see chickens and geese :)

But you love this place as do I. It's an awesome place! You can swim here and also see the waterfall at the end of the canyon. I know you can spend the night here in a bungalow or a tent.

Top views in the area. To enjoy the views you can stop by the main road to Faralya, plenty of view points. If you like to swim, you need to take one of the boats from Fethiye.

Kelebekler Vadisi (Butterflies Valley) is situated near village Uzuncayurt (Faralya) in Fethiye. If you drive from Fethiye via Ölüdeniz to this spot you will find one of the most beautiful scenic views in whole western Turkey. from Ölüdeniz to this valley , you can walk, or drive on a minor asphalt road or take a taxi or you can take a public transport of dolmush to the village in high seasons. you can see the panorama from the road on the rocks. But be careful since the height (depth) from panorama point to beach is extremely high and vertical. there are some pensions, guesthouses and cafes with panorama. you can drink hot or cold drinks with snacks here also can stay there for some nights. There is an hiking trail down to beach which is dangerous one. If you are not experienced in outdoor activities and climbing down so dont try this and rather take a short boat trip from Ölüdeniz. Dont forget, 3-4 km away from this point , Kabak Mahallesi and Beach can be called as Yoga Capitol of Turkey.

Absolutely stunning and tranquil hike...in late October. I did the 1,5 hour round trip hike and only saw one other person. Can imagine that with the crush of summer crowds it would be less fun, especially since large parts of the hike are dependant on ropes that can only be used in one direction. The hike is technically challenging in a way that is still totally accessible to the average person. I'd say kids above 7 could do it. Don't expect to see butterflies.
