Shiva Camp

Stayed at Shiva Camp for 2 nights. We chose a bungalow and it was very comfortable. We had a twin bedroom with ensuite shower.

The owner/manager and all staff were friendly and they also let us check in to the room before the check in time.
They also allowed us to still use the swimming pool and outside shower facilities after the check out time.

Distance to beach is around 30min walk but there is a shuttle bus that passes often which is highly recommended especially in this hot weather. Price for shuttle is 200TL

If you are looking for a place to stay in Kabak, where you can forget the outside world and relax in nature, then do not hesitate to book Shiva Camp. My friend and I felt right at home!

Beautiful place with an awesome view. Cool and clean cabins to sleep. Kind people and good food. Bonus: lots of kittycats to cuddle!

This place is amazing. The manager and all the staff are very nice and helpfull. The vibe is very chilled. Everyone is very friendly and caring for the guests. The location is perfect. The view from the eating tables is the most beautiful view I ever seen. I recommend anyone to come here!!! Also the rooms are clean and cozy!

Great place at great prices! The staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
If only one concern, there is a water pump right in the middle of the tents and cabin area which makes noise every time someone use water. It can be distracting for light sleepers. Otherwise great experience 🙂

Just stellar! Guven the owner or manager is the nicest guy; came in winter and a few people were staying there and the bungalow was perfect, the cost perfect, the views just out of this world. Breakfast was perfect hitting Lycian trail in the am. The sunsets and sunrise was just magical. Looking forward to returning with friends and groups! Also he recommended Kabak Misafir Evi to eat; and I’m glad I did. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had, period.

I had a phenomenal time at Shiva Camp - I spent 5 days there, and I can't wait to go back! The entire staff is so kind and very helpful, and the breakfast is phenomenal 👌

Definitely some of the best views in the morning and throughout the day, and the camp isn't too far from the beach, either. Shiva Camp is a great place to relax while you're visiting the area, and you'll always have a cat or two to pet when you get back for the night 🐱

I am sorry for writing this review very late, actually I visited the place a year ago. When I was checking my old photos in it I felt they deserve good recommendation.
Place is heavenly, rooms are clean and simple, with very excellent space as well. Distance to the beach is really not long, the hotel is also located just near the public transportation route so expensive taxis can totally be avoided. Food is home made and good.
Last but not least, Samim the manager, a very sweet, polite, warm and helpful person. The same also applies to the staff. So thanks guys for this effort and I hope to see you again soon.

Amazing ambiance with a lovely crew, delicious food with vegetarian options and best views of the Kabak beach from the bungalow we stayed in. Absolutely breath taking. The moment my partner and I took a look from their door we knew this was the place we wanted to stay in. And what a great choice it was! 10/10 recommended.

Can totally recommend this place! Stayed here on my hike on the Lycian way and the people welcomed me nicely, were super helpful with questions and the price is totally fair. It's a basic room with everything you need, the food is delicious and the pool is nice for a little refresh. The view is amazing!

I visit Kabak often, and I always stay here. Perfect place for a couple, with lovely views and a perfect level of privacy. Price is fair, and the breakfast is great. Arda (a member of the staff) is a great and welcoming host. Be sure to stay here!

Beautiful stay at Shiva Camp - we loved it and was perfect on our Lycian Way journey, wish we stayed longer. Lovely views, great pool, friendly staff and DELICIOUS homemade Turkish food. Highly recommend to stay here!! We hope to return

My favorite place on Kabak. Because it's on top of the bay, always windy and less crowded than anywhere else. The owners are great, the food is so good and you can have great cocktails with the delightful view of Kabak bay ☀

It's the first time that i feel like I'm at home far from home. The view from Ask kabağı is to die for. At night when you lift your head from the bed you can see the stars and in the morning you can see the bay with all it's beauty. If you are planning to come to kabak this is the place to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

Oh my dear!! Most breath taking view the smell of air from the pine woods the crickets sound in the evening hours the sky.... words can't describe how relaxing this place. But you will only appreciate if you're nature lover and you want to really relax your mind! Swimming in the beautiful sea 15min walk away. Ok maybe difficult a bit if you have kids under 5 ! Meals are all home made and delicious!! Owner Saim and he's wife making you like welcome home! I really can see how much hard work they have put on this place. And it's become so unique peace of natural heaven!! I am really looking forward to go back as much as I can! Also in the evening hours by the bar and view chilling with the sweet selection of music!! Very nice place (though simple - no fancy stuff) with a great view, super helpful and friendly staff. Lady spoke fluent English and was very hospitable. Definitely gonna stop by next time I’m in the area.

I can’t think of enough good things to say about Shiva Camp. The people working there are so wonderful, the vegetarian food was by far the best I had in Kabak, and the bungalow’s are out of a dream (private outdoor jacuzzi with an ocean view 😍). Don’t miss this spot!

Nice place to stay. Nice bungalows, AC, bathroom. View is really good, breakfast, dinner. We had a nice fireplace during dinner. And the owner speaks really good english.

This place is the definition of excellence, paradise, heaven. Absolutely great place for a relax from hustle daily life, but also a perfect place to do trekking and trips in the area. To get there, take a dolmus (minibus) from Oludeniz to Kabak, until the last stop. Minibuses are usually crowded and stop on more places, you might not get a seat so you have to stand, but ignore your comfort and you will be awarded soon. The camp is surrounded by wonderful nature with some other camps around. The view is breathtaking and the combination of blue sea, sky and green mountains leaves you speechless. The camp has also a clean swimming pool and by trekking or dolmus you can reach a wonderful beach. I recommend to go there by feet and come back by dolmus. The staff was very kind, the dinner was tasty and the nightsky makes you even more amazed. I only regret that I didn't stay longer, but I promised myself to come back. This is the way to sustainable tourism with minimalising your negative impact on environment, support these places and people.
