Gözen today denied the boarding of my fiance to the flight to ATHENS at 11:30 despite he has a valid Greece visa starting on exactly 1.11.2023 with 6 months of duration. THEY DO THEIR JOB WRONG! I request urgent fix to the issue and his boarding to the next flight! He is in IGA NOW and going to Gözen again.

I booked a flight with Ethiopian Airlines departing from Istanbul Airport on October 28th. Ethiopian Airlines instructed me to make payment at the counter due to the flight's imminent departure within 24 hours. Upon reaching the counter, I was redirected to Gozen Air Services for ticket payment.

To my surprise, Gozen Air Services issued me a new ticket at a higher price, even though I had already booked a ticket and only needed to complete the payment. This same issue also affected another passenger on the same flight.

It appears that Ethiopian Airlines' staff at Istanbul Airport, in collaboration with Gozen Air Services, are involved in practices that could be considered "ripping off customers". I urge you to exercise caution when dealing with them.

I have a very bad experience with those "Cowboys Gözen Air Services". I have been expelled from my flight from Turkey to London on Turkish Airline by (Gözen Air Services) as they were not happy to accept my right to residency in the UK! I asked them officially to provide me with the expelled report, I have been told the report been sent to Turkish Airline and Turkish Airline declined this claim and sent me back to speak to Gözen office.

As a family of 5 members (2 adults and 3 children), we got everything sorted and legal (flight booked, Covid-19 UK passport pass, Covid-19 pcr test, Day 2 arrival test booked, passenger locator form filled). Our passports with our visas all valid.

I was running backward and forward between Turkish Airline and Gözen Air Services without any hope. I had to book my flight back to my original country and to choose different Airline, which this time there was no hassle at all!

I asked the Gözen Air Services, two times (8th, 25th October) by email to provide me with expelled report and provided them with all my flights information the original and the cancellation ones. I got NO RESPONSE at all.
It seems they don't care about any customers services. As I think, I have been expelled based on a personal decision by Turkey Airline agent officer (Gözen Air Services), our family crashed mentally and emotionally as we still suffering from this very bad experience. It's been such a long day and one of the toughest days in our life as a family. We lost a lot of money as well. I had to book my flight back to my country and paid a double amount of money as it's booked urgently.

If there is any less stars I would put it.

An answerable clients that soften the travelers mind

employees are so disrespectful and uneducated (especially Taner and Anil) , they can't even respond to simple questions !
