TWO MOUNTAINS LODGE

We stayed at 2 mountains for 1 eek.For us the location was great as we have friends living in the area that we we're visiting.The staff here are all wonderful.Always cheerful and ready to help and wanting input on how they could improve their services etc.We had a deluxe double room with balcony and tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The views were lovely and from the top floor of the hotel you can usually see both Mt.Meru and Kilimanjaro. Unfortunately whilst we were there Mt Kilimanjaro was covered in cloud.
The swimming pool is a nice treat after a day's walking etc.Wifi was OK and available in most location in the hotel.
The location is great for a few days if you have just completed a safari or pre and post Mt Kilimanjaro Climb as it is very tranquil ,away from the useless and bustle of Arusha.
If you plan on staying here for longer than a couple of day you would benefit from the ue of a hire care although the hotel can arrange a taxi fir you or if you walk 20 kins down the duty track it will lead to the main road where you can.pick up local cheap transport.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to people who want a couple of days of R and R.
There are no restaurants near the hotel but the hotel food is quite good and the breakfast served each morning is very varied and filling.

I stayed for at Two Mountains Lodge for a month while visiting my daughter and her family, who live nearby. I can't praise this place enough! The entire staff and owner -- who was onsite at the time -- were totally attentive, helpful and friendly from my first day to my last. The hotel is a beautiful, spotlessly clean facility with good internet and reliable power, which is a huge plus in the mountains. My rate included a full breakfast of my choice each day and was great value for money. A bonus: on a clear day you can see the tops of both Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro from the roof, as well as breathtaking views of the valley below. I will definitely return next time I am Tanzania.

Two Mountains Lodge is a paradise hidden in the hills of Mt. Meru! You turn off the main road and head 10 minutes into the jungle before the gates of Two Mountains magestically appear. The staff are wonderful and so accomodating. The rooms are large with balconies overlooking the pool or the mountain views. Bathrooms are great too! I stayed here five nights with my 60 year old mother and it was the perfect combination of luxury and feeling part of the community. Walk to the main road is a bit rocky and hilly but hotel can provide transport. 10/10 recommend!

The hotel is a very well built establishment with almost all facilities available on site. The swimming pool is clean and open during reasonable hours, though there is no lifeguard on site. The staff are friendly and really take guest's concerns at heart , thinking outside the box to make guests comfortable. The restraunt has various delicacies but lacks ugali 😆, bar is available on site and gives quite a variety on drinks. The parking is clean and secure though it has no shade. The space is green and surrounding environment quite scenic and view of mount Meru is visible from the view of the room windows which are children friendly.

Even though our stay was short it was wonderful. We only stayed for 1 day before going on safari. We wish we could have stayed longer. We utilized airport pickup from the hotel and Victor was great! When we arrived at the hotel the staff were waiting outside for us, even though our flight was delayed for over an hour. They greeted us with fresh watermelon juice and hot towels , which was so nice after traveling for 22 hours. Check in was quick and the staff were so helpful!. Communication was wonderful prior to arrival and I'd been chatting with Stephania to arrange for birthday decorations in my friends room. They did a phenomenal job and we were all so surprised! Balloons and flowers and they all sang happy birthday to my friends as well. They upgraded both rooms, which were wonderful. Before we went to bed after our long journey, Stephania told us that the view from the roof at sunrise was beautiful!!! The sounds and sites were undescribable. We were able to Kilimanjaro. What a wonderful way to start the day. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful. Winnie was just so great and friendly. We only wish we could have stayed longer and checkout was a breeze. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much Stephania and Winnie!!!!!!

This is a beautiful new lodge that opened in January, 2019. It's a couple kilometers off the main road up towards the mountain. Very lush grounds and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our plane arrived at midnight and they were waiting at the airport to drive us to the lodge. A delicious breakfast is included with more food than you can eat. Bed and pillows are comfortable with nice linens. We only stayed one night but I would suggest staying am extra night to take advantage of activities they offer such as visiting an organic coffee farm.

Beautiful place, we loved the outdoors,the bar and most of all our spacious room. The beautiful sounds of birds singing in the morning, just beautiful. The lodge is clean,staff are friendly and food is excellent. I recommend this lodge to everyone who visits Arusha Tanzania, it is closer to Kilimanjaro international Airport and Arusha town,

Wow! This lodge is located a bit outside of arusha but the drive is definitely worth it. The whole setting is like a little paradise and the view from the rooftop is simply breathtaking. During the whole stay I felt so comfortable that I had to come back after doing my 4-days-safari. The communication was amazing at every time and Shangwe and the guys are literally the best. So friendly and welcoming, the food is amazing - I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much for this dreamy stay during my week in arusha!

"We were so impressed with the Two Mountain lodge. First impressions were great, we loved the architecture and design of the building, which is beautiful, but still welcoming. Our room was large, airy and spacious, with a good-sized bathroom, and all the facilities you could require. Unlike some hotels, mirrors and lights were all in the right place, its clear much thought has gone into the design, as there is also plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the food at breakfast and dinner, which was well presented, tasty, reasonably priced and the service was exemplary. The garden and pool were very well looked after, with some beautiful trees. The staff were helpful and courteous.
We'd definitely book Two mountains again when we visit Arusha."
