Jeremy is an amazing manager and knows the product. He also is very helpful and informative.

We purchased a couch and expected it to be delivered . The company unfortunately hit a snag with delivery so called them directly at the store. I have to say that Jeremy the manager was empathetic and apologetic. He went above and beyond to correct the issue and his communication was on point. I work in a similar customer facing role so I appreciate it more than most. If this reaches any superiors please understand that he is an asset and deserves recognition and compensation. (in my personal opinion) Thank you Jeremy!

I had one of the BEST shopping experiences at American Freight and I owe it all to Chelsea!!! She acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and advised she would be with us in a moment. There were several customers there and she was the only employee working. She went back and forth between each person to make sure they were okay and she would be with them in a moment. She was very polite and kept a smile on her face at all times. When I was weighing my options on a purchase and not sure , said if I was questioning that much then that’s not the item I should purchase. She said I don’t want you to buy anything that you may regret. She asked specifically what I was looking for and my price range and then showed me a couple of options. I purchased several items that I’m extremely happy about and I highly recommend American Freight Furniture, but more importantly I recommend Chelsea!!!!! I visited several furniture stores that day and walked out of several due the the the employees attitudes , demeanor and or lack of acknowledgement or assistance. Thank you Chelsea!! I will definitely be making future purchases at American Freight Furniture.
