Great experience with location. I was given two separate delivery times for my bedroom set delivery and the receptionists understood it wasn’t fair for me to sit at home all day so she reimbursed me for my delivery charge. Great customer service. I love the furniture I picked out the Vivian bedroom set. great quality so far and heavy. Hopefully I won’t have to buy any bedroom furniture for a while. As my old set did not last for 3 years from another furniture store. As you can see I didn’t know how I was going to position the furniture. But eventually moved it in the right places in the room.

Ellis was super helpful! I was buying my first couch and dining table and he was super patient with me. He helped us move things around even so we could imagine what it would look like in my own home.

The store is clean and offers a lot of options with great prices! The sales rep was very accommodating without being pushy. She was very patient And kind with us ! The people at checkout or very knowledgeable and patient helping us because we needed tax exempt. The delivery was prompt and professional! Good from start to finish!

Wendi was so so helpful! She was very knowledgeable about the different options for fabric, modular arrangements, and company policies. She answered all of our questions and was very present.

What a nightmare this purchase turned out to be!
After having this delivered I noticed that the back of the sofa/chaise cushions were uneven. Long story short,(and trust me, it’s long) it took two weeks to talk to the manager and that’s because I continued to call on a daily basis, it was a huge argument about them taking it back and trading for just a regular couch,(which they eventually agreed to) and then they owed me money. Granted not much, only 87.00 dollars that was supposedly to be mailed to me and I’ve never received it to this day!
Never, ever, will I do business with again!!!
It’s such a shame that they don’t stand behind their word. 😕

I wanted to update my review on this. I still have my furniture from this place after 3 years. They really helped me out as a 24 year old getting her first apartment with no furniture. I got a payment plan and paid off my furniture within a year. My aunt went with me to help me choose some pieces. I am still pleased to this day and I have moved to Virginia with all my furniture that still looks great.

Good furniture for good prices. We bought our sectional here and it worked out very well. We should have measured better but that's not the stores fault. Delivery was on time and no damage to the house.

Overall, everything went wonderful Delivery guys are the best awesome only thing went wrong is one of my pieces to my also or may step to my sectional. They have to replace it and bring me another new one.

I love Value City Furniture. So far they have not dissapointed me. I have been a customer for couple years now and I am impressed with their products. Did I mention great staff too. Oh yes! Eric the store manager and Stephon sales guy are amazing human to work with. they helped us find a cozy living room and bed for my home. I am more than excited with the results. They were right on time with the delivery!! The delivery drivers were very professional! Made sure to clean everything up and made sure everything was where i wanted it. Would go back there anytime i need anymore Furniture!!
