Had a wonderful experience with Angela in appliances at the Castleton location last night! Very helpful and thorough! No pressure...just extremely helpful! Now we are just crossing our fingers for a successful delivery and installation!

My wife and I stopped by to purchase some plants, soil, and seeds to start a garden, but we were clueless about a lot of what to do. I noticed an employee watering the plants and asked if she would help us. Well, she not only did she help, she went every step of the way with us. She answered every question we asked and shared her experiences and expertise and didn't leave our side until we were completely satisfied and excited about our future garden.
Her name was Polly, and Lowe's is fortunate to have her working for them. We sure were.

Lowes is second favorite store to go Shoppi ng at. Unlike some big hardware stores, Lowes offers much more options when it comes to items you looking for. I hardly ever find myself going to any other hardware store.

Everything you need for home! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! The management and staff went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted at the price we preferred!

I purchased water softener salt online and did a curbside pickup. Phil was very polite; put the 6 bags in my trunk, and I was on my way. This saved my arms and back from having to lift those 40lb suckers to only once!

Donnie was so helpful in helping me with a project that even I had no idea where to start. Professionalism and customer service was amazing !

Maurice is very knowledgeable and has helped me find things on several visits. He's my favorite person there, and I look forward to seeing him there when I go in. We buy all of our tools, ladders, walk boards, and more at Lowes for our Don't Drive Naked shops all around Indy.

Love the updated self-checkout kiosks. Now I can use my military discount without asking someone for assistance.

Great service from the customer support team up front! I came in to have maintenance performed on my EGO Mower, because EGO listed them as a repair drop-off facility.

Long story short, the ladies at the front desk did a fantastic job helping me out and getting the EGO problem resolved. Big kudos to the team!

Helpful, friendly, the place is clean and I got most of what I came for. I have to order online the other item I was not able to get in store.

Today my husband and I came to pickup a picnic table. After searching where it showed it was located online, we were at a loss and approached an employee named Doug to help us look. He showed ten in stock. After contacting a few people and looking around we determined they must've been moved from their seasonal location and were somewhere else. Doug was relentless and kept checking with his coworkers until two were located! We are so thankful. We are heading camping this weekend and really wanted to have a table for the property. Thank you Doug at the Shadeland Lowes!

Despite being a bit shorthanded, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get what I came for and they were helpful and accommodating. I was impressed and pleased by the professionalism. Shout out to Aaron and Nona.

Bought a lawn mower sales man was very helpful

Coming from someone who doesn't go to a hardware store a lot, this is a nice hardware store. It is also the closest to me. I've only been here a handful of times in the past 5 years since this review. The prices are competitive, and it is nice to be able to get something usually immediately rather than wait for online retailers to deliver. Other than that, the store is clean and the staff are knowledgeable and polite.

Help is eager and readily available. Organized, clean, and they carry Craftsman brand tools. Craftsman tools did reduce their quality for a few years near the end of Sears run, but have sense come back up to the Craftsman level you would expect.
